me with hyper-empathy
I'm gonna add since people misread.
No the point is not empathy in this post.
There is nothing wrong with different types of empathy levels, all are valid 🩷
What is the point tho, is that people decide what autism is, that we are all the same, what empathy is and automatically assume we either don't have it or must be a bad person if our empathy level is not the same or what they think it should be.
So please, don't speak badly of people with low empathy or whatever level. Cause I say it again.
I don't allow it, I don't condone it, and you are just as valid 🖤
we’re all gonna be sixty posting shit like: cranberry juice…

Uh oh fellow autistic people, I don't think we can okie-dokie, thumbs up, special interest fun fact share our way out of this social interaction
When glisten gets really worked up, he struggles to speak any coherent words. When he goes to Rodger like this he just makes vague gestures while getting increasingly more frustrated with himself and emotional that despite wanting desperately to just speak he can’t and all he can just do is cry and mumble incoherently. Rodger just focuses on calming him down and reassuring him that whatever’s wrong he can explain whenever he’s ready, it’s fine if he can’t speak right now.
i feel like it's absolutely crucial in the social justice world to take "he a little confused but he got the spirit" and similar sentiments/situations as a Win. intent is so much more important than saying it right the first time! if someone is approaching with scuffed language and incorrect terms but they're visibly being as polite as they know how, that person is a friend and should be treated better than what their words might invite in someone else's mouth.
isn't it insane though how schizophrenic people are viewed as violent and dangerous by the majority of society when in reality schizophrenic people are nearly 14 times more likely to be on the receiving end of violence than to be the perpetrators...
