I really wished more women hated males the way males hate women , I wish women hated them in a way that no matter what they do no matter how good and understanding they are they’re still despised ,I wish they hated them even if they have a lot in common hate them even if they’re in the same oppressed groups they are betray them no matter how close they were to them, mistreat them just for the hell of it , like I wish more women hated males simply because they are males like I wanna see that
terf is actually just a distracting buzzword meant to shut down women.
never mind the fact that most a lot of us identified as trans at one point, never mind that most of us are gender abolitionists in vehement support of nonconformity. in my mind it is literally not possible to be transphobic when you don’t believe in gender (the construct) to begin with. gender has no meaning to us. how or why would we weaponize something that has no meaning? our focus is on how our sex affects us as an oppressed class, and how that fundamentally puts us in a different category of experience/oppression from trans-identified males. trans women simply are not materially female. that has meaning to us because our materiality is what makes us oppressed, sexualized, vulnerable to male violence, etc.
being exclusionary is just a part of radical feminism. we’re not on some mission to genocide trans people. we’re not a cartoon villain. we didn’t take some poisonous terf pill, our brains didn’t go into some internalized transphobia overdrive one day, we aren’t subhuman joyless beings who want trans women/men to suffer. we actually have non-transphobic rationale behind the things that we advocate for, a lot of people just don’t want to listen because they shut down at any whiff of invalidation. as if criticizing or questioning something can be inherently genocidal. like, it’s not. by that logic, considering femicide, the violent language tra’s direct at terfs is equally dangerous. telling us they hope we get raped, tortured, killed, choked to death, etc—i’ve seen really some really gruesome shit come from tra’s. and maybe there’s a reason for that, i don’t know, but i don’t think that kind of language towards women is ever justified.
to me, terf seems like a continuation of the concepts used to weaponize any expression of misandry or autonomy from females. terfs are like modern-day ‘hags’ or ‘witches’. i’m fine with carrying on that stereotype.
being on radblr is like unfollows someone, keep seeing the person on your dash via mutual in laws, decides i over reacted, refollows, no i was right, unfollows, idk, refollows, um, unfoll
I don’t want to go to work i want to sit at home with my Nintendo 3ds
“but there’s beauty standards for men too! men are punished for not being masculine!” yeah but men’s natural bodies are considered masculine. and women’s natural bodies are considered masculine. not shaving on a man is masculine, and not shaving on a woman is also masculine. do you see the difference? men are discouraged from performing extra beauty rituals whereas women are discouraged from being their natural selves. women are expected to perform rituals to comply with societal gender roles whereas men are expected to be their natural selves.

feminist suggestion: stop calling them “prostitutes” and opt instead for “prostituted women.” not only does it adamantly state that you are talking about women specifically, it reframes the image to focus on the fact that prostitution is being done to them by an outside force rather an identity that they chose out of their own free will. this calls for more empathy and compassion to be directed to the victims of the sex trade.
Ooo thank you, I will definitely read that :)
Recommendation!!
Okay so I read this book and I recommend to do the same if you are radfem/gender critical/gender abolitionist. Basically it’s about Autism and gender identity. As autistic folk, while reading this book I felt that I’m not alone, I felt finally seen. It also focus on other disorders that autistics can have while still the main topic is gender identity and struggles to find yourself in gender obsessed society. I genuinely recommend to read it even autistic trans people as it can help with understanding yourself more. It’s sad to see other people having the same problem/s as you not so long ago. Wish you all better future and capability to understand yourself more
tumblr is awesome because u get to hear all about the inner lives of random women
