1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429
The 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429 is one of the most revered muscle cars of all time, known for its raw power, aggressive styling, and legendary status. Designed to meet NASCAR homologation requirements, it features the iconic 429ci V8, capable of producing around 375 horsepower and delivering immense torque. With its beefed-up suspension, wide tires, and aerodynamic design, the Boss 429 was built to dominate both on the track and the street. The sleek, aggressive lines of the β69 Mustang, combined with the shaker hood scoop and Boss badging, made it a true standout in the pony car wars.
One of my friends wants it that way, but he doesn't put in the effort to show love to the metal. Non gloss paint, it can be retouched anyway, I give that car an 8/10 . Those rims π€

1968 HEMI Barracuda
The 1968 HEMI Barracuda is one of the rarest and most extreme Mopar muscle cars ever built. Created by Plymouth specifically for drag racing under Super Stock rules, only 50 units were produced, each fitted with the legendary 426 HEMI V8. Stripped of most comforts and packed with lightweight components like fiberglass hoods and acid-dipped body panels, these cars were purpose-built for quarter-mile domination. Rated at 425 hp, but known to make much more, the HEMI 'Cuda was a terror at the track and never intended for street useβmaking it a highly coveted collectible today.

Grazing color is on another level, but I don't want to discredit the factory paint. As long as I have it, it'll be nice.
Dope Ass C7 Z06!!
They think it's the best version of the Hilux...well, it's just for a ride. 2GD kill the Hilux. My dad has one, and it's bad at cliffs and has DPF or EGR issues. This isn't a real Hilux. It's just luxury. I prefer my vigo 2KD
A rival to the Mustang in specifications, don't forget the AMX, the drag version of the Javelin, one of the fastest production muscle cars of the '70s. It's underrated, and it's a gem of specifications.

Before, car logos were unique and stamped in metal, even with typography designs specific to each model, even in the most economical range. Now it is just a piece of plastic embedded with poor blue.

Directed by Emilio EstΓ©vez, who also chose to use songs from the band AC/DC, this is an iconic film for fans of horror and car films. Who wouldn't be scared of cars coming to life?

Maximum Overdrive (1986)
"This machine just called me an asshole!"
[Reminder post] i personally recommend watch duel (1971) . It's simply the plot but It's entertaining. A duel on wheels between a fresh of the same year Plymouth Valiant π and a rusty & creepy Peterbilt 281 (1955). Memorable movie if you are a machine lover. I also like this type of creepy movies about old cars haunting innocent people.
Similary of my fav movies are:
-The car (1977)
(it's a modified 71' Lincoln continental)
- Christine (1983)
(1958 Plymouth fury)
-maximun overdrive (1986)
( a Western Star semi with a green goblin in his face π).
NOTE: all of these movies are horror films , not suitable for kids, all are +18 so be careful all are recognized movies.
You will enjoy Describing each vehicle on the scene ππ».
I mean if you think you can just... just take that... that truck of yours and use it as a murder weapon and, uh... killin' people on the highway... you're wrong! You got another thing comin'!

If I had one, I would arrive on the scene in style this February 14th. I need it in my collection.
P-51 B/C the previous design, armed with quad .50 or 20mm definitely letal but less maneuverability than a german G-6. That mustang is equipped with a water cooled allison from the P-38J . Such a beautiful fighter designed originally in UK.
Sexy of Sexys
4.45L and don't hit the 200hp barrel , the torque is decent (~180 lb-ft) my grandpa have one π it's a rusty machine also are common in my country due to north american presence , my grandpa says he brought this F-100 for only $300 usd πππ (mi grandpa at those times wish a Willy's but he can't find one) . Sadly its actually rust that can't be saved βΉοΈ.

Some day i will have one (at least a replica)
Thinking about buying one of these (junk) my parents are already upset because they wonder what I will do with so many unfinished cars π. I love them all I can handle them all I have spent all my money on them.
I have cars from 1982 to 2005, some are not mine. I will publish them when they are beautiful, the important thing was to have it in a garage. My father helps me sometimes although he is not a mechanic. Anyway, I will return to the Autodromo...I'm fed up with being behind the track.
That's my lore with cars, I've always been ambitious, I started with 1:64 and now I have 1:1 but I'm not finished π.
I will consider buying this LeMans to start another project in 2025

Windsor 427, you can find it in some ford's or mercury's from 1969 until 1974 . But with less specs mostly focused for torque, The block is still cast iron and still has swap potential but keep in mind that's a 7.0 litters N/A Originally they use dual-barrel Holley carburetors . Some restomods I've seen usually fit the Rochester Quadrajet Just to be a little more efficient...π
1967 Ford GT40 Mark IV
Spotlight on a vintage powerhouse: Ford's 427 Le Mans Winner!
One of the most legendary 427 triumphs came from Fordβs GT40 MkII & MkIV racers, featuring the mighty 427 engines that secured Americaβs first Le Mans victory.
These production-based 427 NASCAR mills were fine-tuned for longevity with lower RPMs, dominating the races in β66 & β67 and again with the small block in β69 & β69!
The 1967 Ford GT40 Mark IV shattered the Le Mans top speed record, hitting over 224 mph with brakes that would make us chuckle today.
These drivers truly had nerves of steel!
The sexiest thing I have ever seen in my life and thank God I have one to restore. Invest in your dreams, it is the best thing you can do!

once upon a time, over 10 years ago, just a few months after the announcement that Motorcity was officially canceled...the creators of the show took pity on their heartbroken fandom and gave us several glimpses of what season 2 might have been like. they saw how much we loved Motorcity and gave us every scrap of info they could at the time, so that we could use those scraps to imagine our own personal "Season 2" - whether it continue on in our fics, our fanart, or simply our own heads.
I'm making this masterpost so that none of this material will be lost or forgotten, and so any fanartists/fic writers still hanging around today can use it for inspiration. if there's any related material I've missed, PLEASE feel free to add it in a reblog or let me know in my inbox! I want this list to be as complete as we can make it! :)

Season 2 Writer's Wall posted (and later deleted) by @chrisprynoski on twitter, and shared on tumblr by @peopleofmotorcity, these pictures of the writer's wall showed us a "rough sketch" of what could have been, and gave our imaginations SO many fun theories and possibilities to play with. every blurry sticky note was a treasure to us. :')

Chris Prynoski's Fan Interview + Tumblr Q&A's this whole interview on youtube is a delight to listen to, and Part 2 in particular has some interesting bits about season 2. (skip to 17:10 for some good stuff about Texas and Chuck's backgrounds!)

Chris P also answered several juicy season 2 questions on tumblr. sadly his blog is deactivated now, but you can still read through all of them at the links below!

Capri Chilton - Mike Chilton's long lost big sister! I can't remember where or when it was first revealed that they were considering giving Mike a secret older sister, and I haven't been able to track down the origin. that being said, when it was revealed, the fandom loved the idea so much that they begged the creators to make it canon. Chris P busted out the "magical canon stick", gave us this delightful concept sketch, and "Capri Chilton" was born!

The Motorcity Series Bible "To help you all understand what it is you are reading, this is the material that Titmouse used to help pitch Motorcity, and it was also a tool for writers to use when coming up with episodes to help understand who the characters were before there was any other reference. That being said, this was one of the very first documents about Motorcity, so many things have changed or evolved from these early concepts." (x)

Motorcity Series Bible - Redacted Version (Pages 1, 2, 17, 19, 20) funfact: @peopleofmotorcity was the official? unofficial? tumblr blog for Motorcity, and it was run by a guy named Mac - an animator for the show who loved to tease and joke around with the fandom. before revealing the actual first 13 pages of the series bible, he posted this censored version as a prank - a mix of truth and trolling! it's up to the fandom to decide which is which. ;)

MTV Era Motorcity Masterpost a fantastic collection of glimpses into the original pilot/pitch trailer that would evolve into the show we know and love today, found and compiled by @waksworldrebooted. "In 2000, Chris Prynoski pitched a cartoon called Motorcity. He made a card and a website promoting the show, which wouldn't see the light of day until the Walt Disney Company got their hands on it."

AMC shouldn't have died , They were beautiful, strong and heavy cars that can still be seen rolling today, you don't need much knowledge to revive them. That's why I like the classics π«°π»
