Did a test drive of my new cosplay for a Halloween thing today :)

Next time: Some actual wig styling (I had very little time today), tattoos, and some improvement with the glowsticks and bone props. Actual belt just for the gun holster and skull clasp. More details (and BLOOD) on the bag. For now, though, test drive was a successful!

i one turn killed the final boss by getting my clones to shoot each other into her and knock her off the edge repeatedly. kind of ruins the impact of the moment but god damn is it funny after all that buildup

In Tactical Breach Wizards, what's your favorite mechanic?

Zan's time copies.

I'm sure everyone that's played the game realized this because it's fairly obvious, but Zan is fucking busted if you spend your first few perk points on getting a mana refund on the clone if it's killed in that turn, getting burst fire on the clone, and getting supporting fire on Zan himself.

Since there's so many ways for a time copy to die before your turn ends (running them into traps, into enemies on overwatch, or have them attack enemies that have retaliatory abilities like that one Chapel enemy with Slug of Justice), you can just keep sending time copies out to die, get refunds, and if they get an attack off before dying then the real Zan gets to attack for free. It's so busted against abilities like Slug of Justice that Zan was soloing half the Chapel in my playthrough with his near infinite attacks. I was so sure it would be removed for the full release after people discovered it in the beta version but I guess it was just too fun (and Zan kinda sucks compared to the other wizards without time copy cheese) to remove.

Tactical Breach Wizards Spoilers but this part of this conversation is so funny because, like. Who're you calling nemesis-adjacent, Banks.

At this point in the game her and Jen are basically friends; they've joked around, bantered a bit, and the arrest and accidental murder from the beginning is basically forgotten. The only reason she's helped the resistance this long is because Jen asked nicely. In that SAME CONVERSATION Banks sort of flirts with her to distract her from her bad metaphor. This isn't even a "if you're rivals for that long you're just gay" she's just down bad and in denial. By the end of the game shes so horrendously down bad she fucking gets Jen a fake passport and if Jen starts the PI office in Liboli Banks WILL join her. fake ass nemesis I saw you laughing at her jokes
