3/8/21 ♡ vegetarian chick'n alfredo [200]
1 tsp vegetable oil [20]
1/4 inch slice of onion [15]
1/2 gardein chick'n scallopini piece [55]
1/4 cup basil alfredo sauce [100]
1/2 package fettuccine tofu shirataki noodles [10]
(optional) garlic pepper, salt and black pepper to taste
next time i'm going to try pam sauté spray since it's zero calories, and maybe a tbsp less of the alfredo since there was more sauce than i expected. if i made these changes it would bring the calorie count down to 155! it was super good and filling so im excited to put it in with my "safe" meals. i may go back and add the directions later if they're wanted ♡
☕️ autumn safe food ideas
- tall sugarfree almond milk cinnamon dolce cappuccino from Starbucks is only 60 - 70kcal, dairy free (no zits! No bloating), spiced like all my favourite fall treats and cozy warm for those brisk mornings
- 6” veggie delux sandwich on 9 grain wheat bread from Subway, toasted with no cheese, all the good veg, and topped with sweet onion + yellow mustard is delicious, savoury, filling and only 250kcal
- cinnamon raisin bagel with a little butter and an additional sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon on top; approximately 250kcal (depending on where you get the bagel)
- sliced apple with cinnamon sprinkle on top is a fantastic crunchy mid day treat that always fills my stomach and settles sweets cravings for no more than 60kcal ✨ you can also heat this up in the microwave or in the oven (if you have time!) for an apple pie filling sorta deal - just add a bit of water or lemon juice and a teaspoon of sugar!
I could have the coffee with the bagel for breakfast, the apple sometime around lunch and the sandwich for dinner and stay under 650kcal for the entire day 🤟🏻🍂☕️
favorite new safe food!
if you’re a salty (and cheesy 🥺) snacker like i am, check your local baby food aisle for these!
they’re perfect for satisfying your cravings and the entire can only has 210 calories, so it’s way safer to binge on these compared to actual cheetos or something.
they have other flavors other than mild cheddar if you’re not into cheesy things!
BAKED EGGS WITH SPINACH & TOMATO
ONLY 185 kcals!
I bought this little ovenproof dish from Amazon and decided to make this meal!
1) Lightly blend cherry tomatoes so they are cut up but still mostly intact.
2) Run boiling water over the baby spinach so it wilts, then cover the bottom of the dish with spinach.
3) Slice the mozzarella.
4) Cover the spinach with roughly blended tomatoes. Place mozzarella around the centre and make a little dip in the middle.
5) Crack egg into the middle and try and spread all the egg whites around
6) Don’t forget to preheat the oven to 200 (I’m from the uk) and leave in there for 13-18 mins depending on how you like your eggs.
Enjoy!

“hi here’s my 0 calorie oat fiber cakey bread!! i’m obsessed with dipping it in chocolate pb2 honestly. btw pls don’t eat too much if you’re not used to eating a lot of fiber!! and drink a lottt of water w/ it so it can digest well and not constipate u!”
But let me put this out there.
Arctic. Zero.
Almost all of their flavors are 40 calories for half a cup, with the exception of brownie blast, cookie dough chunk, and cherry chocolate chunk being about 70-80. Chocolate peanut butter is 45.
That means 160 calories a pint (180 for chocolate pb, 280-320 for the other three I mentioned earlier).
I’m personally not vegan or gluten free or kosher but, I mean, still good to know
I can’t actually buy this because I live with my parents 😔 but I absolutely plan on it once I move out!
