For Those Of You That Can't Offer Physical Offerings/can Only Leave Certain Physical Offerings And It

For those of you that can't offer physical offerings/can only leave certain physical offerings and it makes you feel like you're not worthy as a result:

You're doing enough.

Recognizing what's around you is enough.

Working around/Trying to work around setbacks to show your devotion is enough.

Just being there and being yourself is enough.

Whether you're leaving offerings to deities, spirits, nature, ancestors, whatever... you're doing enough.

It's hard but you're not alone and you're recognized for your efforts.

| Just a reminder to people : You do not need an altar for deity work. You do not need to spend a lot of money on offerings or rituals. You do not need to hold yourself to the standard of other people's practice. This is your journey and your relationship with the gods. They understand what you have and they understand whats available or any circumstance you are in. I am a strong believer that, if an offering or devotional work is with good intentions and done so from the heart, it's more than good enough and your deities will be more than happy and accepting. Even if it's not a historical offering or even if it's something simple like saying good morning in your mind, they take notice and they love you for you. Having an altar or performing rituals is great, I have an altar myself! However, it's not a necessity, especially if you cannot make one/have one.

Know that at a glance, your deities have seen every part of you that lies within, and they loved you enough to stick around. The "horrible flaws" that you think you have may not be as horrible as you believe they are.

At the very least, your deities have seen your potential for change, and they knew so confidently that you were capable of it that they have remained by your side to help you along your path. It takes a considerable amount of love and care for someone to do that.

You ever just get consumed by your love for a deity?

Like one minute you’re fine and the next you are burning for them, your every thought taken by them, their name resounding in every cell of your body, rattling you to the bone?

I think that’s wonderful

the gods understand your disabilities, mental health, and neurodiversities.

they understand if your physical disabilities, mental or physical, prevent you from being able to go outside.

they understand you even when you cannot articulate what you mean during prayer or cannot find the words to express gratitude and love.

they understand if you can't spend much time or stand still at their altars.

they understand if executive dysfunction keeps you from making offerings or doing a lot of active practice.

they understand if you have to take breaks and hiatuses from practicing to focus on yourself and your mental or physical health.

they understand if you lose focus during meditation/trance work or cannot do it to begin with.

they understand you and are with you when you cannot get out of bed for mental or physical reasons.

they understand you and are with you during times when you cannot care for yourself or love yourself.

the gods will always understand, love, and accept us for who we are. we are all valid, and we are seen and heard by the gods, even when it feels as if we are alone. 💙

If you’re having a hard day remember that the Gods still love you.

They know every single one of your flaws and they still love you.

They have seen every one of your mistakes and they still love you.

They have loved you through every failed relationship, every bad job, every moment you are not proud of. They do not feel betrayed by you, and they do not expect you to condemn yourself forever for things you have done.

The Gods know humanity, and they know we are not perfect. Never once have they expected you to be flawless.

Hail the Gods, I am so grateful for their love and protection

You are not a bad worshipper for forgetting to pray.

You are not a bad worshipper for not having enough time to worship every day.

You are not a bad worshipper if giving offerings is inaccessible to you right now, no matter the situation.

You are not a bad worshipper for not being able to worship every god you have interest in.

You are not a bad worshiper for being imperfect.

You are not a bad worshipper.
