Black Hat is completely evil and only sees joy in chaos and destruction but he is also capable of feeling something "close" to what humans feel: sorrow, annoyance, even loneliness. But he doesn't understand what those feelings mean and doesn't care

I feel like Flug would be the most relateable viner ever and dementia would be the villainous equivalent of the paul brothers.

So does Villainous take place in a CN crossover universe?

It seems to be more of a multiverse.

Apparently Black Hat Org., through tech or BH’s powers or both, can see and travel into alternate realities. So the villains BH criticises in his videos might not be from the universe he’s currently residing in, but that doesn’t prevent him from seeing what they do and make business with them. So technically Villainous could crossover with anything. The only limitation the show has is copyright laws.

Headcanon: Flug LOVES the band They Might Be Giants. He owns at least one of their band tees. He also likes to listen to some songs while he works. I wonder what his favorite songs are?

All of Flug’s paper bags are actually engineered and patented as indestructible, which is why (cartoon logic aside) it can withstand the sonic attack from BH’s organ and is able to contain his vomit

Black Hat used to fought against the Beast Planet (from Shadow Raiders) and Unicron for eating the planets he had conquered in the past.

Whenever BH plays boardgames he talks like that puppet from the saw movies, and as ominous as possible

If you’re playing shoots and ladders he’ll say

“You can climb up ever so high, Flug… But eventually you’ll fall down.”

If he’s playing Monopoly he’ll say

“I will own your soil before you know it, Flug. It’s just business.”

And if they’re playing charades he’ll keep saying:

“Dance, little monkey, the clock is ticking.”

Expanding on the "Demencia has an Scooby Doo appetite" headcannon, when Demencia doesn't eat for a while (like a hour or two) when hungry, she'll enter a ravenous primal-like mode in which she'll try to eat almost anything that is eatable, including Flug and 5.0.5 (but not Black Hat, she loves him way too much for that to happen).

I guess that would partially explain why her first instinct when getting her hands on the anti-gravity device was to try to eat it

I can see Flug being a fan of the Portal series and trying to recreate inventions from the games.

He once made a fully functional portal gun in like five minutes for a cosplay he never had the time to really do (he doesn’t really have time to go to conventions when he has to work for BHO)

Black Hat found that gun and since he had no use for it (he can already create portals with his bare hands after all) he sold it to some random villain who went on to pull a series of bank heists or some shit

Flug can make fully functional lightsabers.

He made his first lightsaber before he could speak

What if Flug IS a Mimikyu, I mean he’s smart, he could build a body with a translator in it

He’s what happens when a Mimikyu stops trying to be like Pikachu and turns to mad science instead

Went when you think about it everybody is different so everybody is weird so by that logic that normal if you’re weird and if you normal than that it’s weird that your normal but if you’re weird and that’s normal that you’re weird so everyone who come in contact with death but they are a normal but but Are we dead now

One time, Flug and Demencia went to Starbucks and Dem attempted to order a burger.

To this day Flug still wonders whether she was kidding or not

Villains like monologuing 

Black Hat reminds his customers all the time to never do it, but that doesn’t prevent him from monologuing when doing so is not detrimental to him (i.e he’s alone and no-one’s hearing him)
