Thank You for Lothcats (and Lothwolves)

Something a little more lighthearted for this week because I’m in love with all the Lothcats that featured in these eps (I def would be a crazy lothcat lady in the star wars universe). Anyway have some Zeb with a bunch of Lothcats and a Lothwolf. There’s something special about the lothcats (reblog with tags if you can figure it out!) 

Inktober Day 31 

“I live bitches!” - Ahsoka probably

Well, that’s a wrap folks! Inktober was fun so I figured I’d end off with some sassy Ahsoka after  @jeybells and my antics as Ahsoka at MCM London Comic Con this weekend. 

Inktober Day 30 - this was initially supposed to just be Homura hanging off of a cliff, but I had a long day of seminars so I just kept adding in figures.

Inktober Day 29 - felt like drawing some Oscar and Ozpin in the style of a playing card.

Inktober Day 28 - I’ve been so much of the rebels space fam that I forgot about the original space fam from clone wars.

Thank you for giving us a chance to make our own choices.

“It’s not whether or not we fight, it’s how we choose to.” This episode was all about choices so I figured that I’d draw those who’ve made some pretty big choices throughout the show and were featured in the latest episodes (well Titus really just made it in b/c I needed another character to balance the pic, but he was funny in the ep so I felt I should include him :P). I also love the way that Dave Filoni creates choices for us fans. He often makes us question what is right vs. wrong on the show, and he’s given us complex characters that reflect this, which is part of the reason I love the show so much! 

(I could go on in character analysis for each character here, as well as some of my other favs, about how their choices impact the show, but I’ll save that for another post :p)

Inktober Day 27/Rexsoka Day 5 - killing two birds with one stone here, but recent feels have had me wanting to draw these two so here you all go.

Inktober Day 26 - I was kind of inspired by @artsyneurotic art of Tron and Tron Uprising so I ended up drawing Beck and Tron from Tron Uprising.

Inktober Day 25 - I don’t even play this game (I accidentally launched myself off a cliff five-times in a row as tracer the last time I did) but Mei is awesome so I decided to draw her.

Bit of a bonus coz this was supposed to be the inktober for today but I decided to turn it into a pencil sketch instead. This scene really stuck with me from the latest episodes so I decided to draw it.

Inktober Day 24 - “I wish I could see you.” “You could always see me.” the prompt was ‘blind’ so I decided to two the two blind bad-asses of the Star Wars universe and their equally Badass boos.

Inktober Day 23 - I get it!

Inktober Day 22 - more miraculous ladybug, but the first two eps of season 2 aired so I felt it was appropriate. That’s a funny looking brooch you’ve got there Mr. Agreste

Inktober Day 21 - very behind but I have an excuse. I’m traveling so internet is sparse. Have some miraculous ladybug based on the infamous balcony scene that’s yet to come.

Week 2 Prompt - Choices

This weeks prompt is…. CHOICES! Without spoiling for those of you who’ve seen it, these two episodes seemed to be a lot about what was the ‘right choice’ so choices seemed appropriate.

This is the first in my series of thank yous to Dave Filoni for Star Wars Rebels since it’s on its final season. The prompt I gave myself was ‘Mandalore’ since the first two episodes were all about Sabine and Mandalore. The next prompt will be released either Monday or Tuesday depending on when I see the episode(s). 

Inktober Day 20 - Okay I’m a day behind again, but I’ve working on something else right now that should be up by tomorrow. So have a quicky Undertale drawing with Frisk/Chara and Monster Kid/Goner Kid

Inktober Day 19 - okay a little back story on this one. I’m reading a book to my students this term called Skellig which is about a boy and a girl who discover a creature in the back of the boys garage. I ended up doodling this on a scrap paper with a marking whilst the kids built roller coasters out of cardboard. Ahh teaching!

Inktober Day 18 - "Perhaps master and apprentice will rediscover their balance. Or perhaps they'll be eaten. Such is the way of things." - The Bendu Ps. I’ve started a Star Wars rebels/ Dave Filoni appreciation blog @thanksfiloni feel free to check it out!

Inktober Day 17 - felt like doing some ballet poses, rage quit a couple times then wound up with this. Not quite sure how I feel about it.

Inktober Day 16 - I’m in love with Yang’s new outfit from the end of volume 4/start of volume 5. The first ep of the new volume was fantastic!

Inktober Day 15 - despite all the Star Wars things I did today, I felt like drawing some Harry Potter content. Here’s my interpretation of Luna Lovegood from the book descriptions.

Inktober Day 15 - felt like drawing a bit of Sayaka Miki on the way home today.

Inktober Day 13 - my only wish for season 2 is that we get a ‘if it fits I sits’ moment with Chat Noir!

Inktober Day 11 - my phone felt the need to delete this post as it was posting.... welp! Anyway I realized I haven’t done any Miraculous Ladybug stuff yet. So in light of yesterday’s theme being run I felt it was appropriate to draw Ladybug heading off before she de-transforms.

Inktober Day 12 - this ones definitely gonna turn into a digital project at some point. I’ve had this idea for a while to draw the noodle bowl scene from RWBY vol. 3 with the girls in their vol. 4 outfits to show how much has changed for them. Stay tuned for a fully coloured version soon (hopefully)

Inktober Day 10 - the prompt was gigantic and I promptly got Giant Woman stuck in my head! So here are two of the lovely Giant ladies from Steven Universe.

Inktober Day 9 - was feeling like drawing some Ahsoka. This ones heavily based off Dave Filoni’s first sketch of Ahsoka. I decided I wanted to do something with her and Plo Koon since I really like their character dynamic.

Inktober Day 8 - not even halfway through and I’m slacking! Wasn’t sure what to do for crooked until I was listening to Le Petit Prince soundtrack and I remembered how much I’d lived this movie and book. So here’s the little girl from it, she always struck me as having a crooked grin
