so like a respectable young man, he wears glasses so as to not randomly petrify people!

and then in the same breath you find out that literally any pair of glasses will work but Mr. I-Hate-Being-the-Centre-of-Attention chooses to wear a pair of neon green glasses

Chapter 119 - "Happiness"

there’s a comic in anthology hana where dazai talks about oda and explains how having a true friend is different to the relationships you form with your coworkers/family because they’re a person you can stay with on equal terms despite differences in perspective. and atsushi is kinda disappointed by this because according to dazai’s definition he still doesn’t have any true friends, the agency being mostly his seniors who share his values or kyouka who’s more of a sibling figure, but then dazai smiles and says that he does have someone who could be that for him. and the next panel shows akutagawa. thereby implying that dazai thinks it’s possible for sskk to develop the same level of connection with each other that he had with oda. is that not crazy

(May 2022) Personally, I really like the theory of gojou losing 6 eyes (in a narrative sense).

Possible foreshadowing hasn't been incredibly subtle either. These are from the 2 openings and the Phantom Parade video (Avant by Eve, which is technically not canon but still a recurring theme). Vivid Vice especially had a bunch of foreshadowing for the Shibuya arc, so I wouldn't be surprised if this was slipped in there too.
