The FINAL installment
This ends on a very hopeful and bittersweet note.
Ford will be okay, I promise
This was a very cathartic experience for me, but also emotionally draining. I had to pull real life dialogue and memories into these comics. Losing someone is always painful. I’m sorry to those who found this series uncomfortable. But I needed it out
This was more for me than it was for you, but it’s here if you want to see.
Roland and Baileywick’s unimpressed expressions while Cedric is excited that he got his spell right.
Not sure if I ever said this here before, but I am on the side who believes that Ford never actually said that he was going to kick Stan out. All he said was for Stan to give back his [Ford's] house, his name, and end the Mystery Shack.
Ford could've easily said he wanted Stan out, but he didn't. While I have no doubt that Ford might be projecting an attitude similar to Filbrick, I don't think Ford would want to kick his brother out like their father did.
However, I would not blame Stan for thinking that was the case due to Ford's tone. Ford wasn't exactly sparring Stan's feelings on the matter. And, hell, he might as well have told Stan to take a hike when he said he wanted the Mystery Shack (Stan's business that he worked hard on) to shut down, even if he didn't mean it like that.
And was Stan meant to do then? Just...loit around?
Not only that, but I don't think that Ford has that grant money anymore...or any money, for that matter. The Mystery Shack would've provided some sufficient funds.
Sometimes, I wonder if Ford didn't think that through, believing that upon taking everything back and returning to his research, it would be like nothing happened...
Sort of similar to Stan's own previous attitude about the situation.
Eh, I painted this art a long time ago. It was an art to my invented AU Gravity Falls, in which Ford and Bill switch roles, so to speak. Ford is an evil genius with an ancient dark magic, which he mastered from a book he had once found. And Bill, on the contrary, is a kind creature who protects the town from all misfortunes
Sofia the First Challenge 3 of 5 Characters → Baileywick
Nigel: You always look on the bright side. Baileywick: That’s because there’s always a better view there.
Nathan: Put your socks on, Charles! You're getting on my nerves with poking me in the back with your icicles!
Charles: *Laughs *
Nathan: What's funny?
I have an idea that Charles can be a little bit harmful. For example, touching his partner with cold extremities, under the pretext of wanting to «warm up» or something like that.
They sank into my soul after reading a couple of good fan fictions. And this seems to be the most frank thing I have ever painted
honestly, crackship or not, Ford being shipped with Belos is icky to me
I saw a post about how Bill "isn't ACTUALLY the villain" of Gravity Falls, given his ✨tragic backstory✨. Y'all know you can be sad and evil at the same time, right? You know Bill maybe feeling kinda bad for his actions does not make him the VICTIM of his own actions, right?
He gleefully drew little doodles of 12-year-olds in puddles of blood and you people are like "but his parents are dead." YEAH. HE KILLED THEM.
An alternative development is Weirdmageddon, where Ford is on the side of Bill Cypher. Inspired by AU One Of Us
