I need you to focus.

Take a moment and breathe

One deep inhale

And a sigh to let it out

As you focus

On my words

As they carry you down

Further down

And it feels better to focus.

As you relax.

Deep breaths in

Sighs as you exhale out

Let the tension just leave your body

with each exhale you take

because it's so much easier to focus

when that's all you have to do

Don't look away

Stay right here

not noticing your legs are too heavy to move

your toes unable to twitch

no matter how hard you try

if you try

because it's better to focus

Don't look away

as it climbs up your legs

and up the hips

too heavy to move

to heavy to think about it.

Deep breath in

Exhale as you sink inside yourself

Deeper and deeper

Conscious mind just fading away

As it climbs up the body

Arms too heavy to move

LImp up to the fingers

As they lay limp on the keyboard

You want to give in more

Thoughts too heavy to think

A thinking thought just gone

Your mind focused

As you follow

ready to type and share how great it is to be a toy

Your arms limp

but your fingers

resting on the keyboard
