That would be nice. To play and practice in a field like this.
The sound of the forest
Beautiful.
So pretty.
#drumsetsunday #drumheadspod #Repost @graceplaysdrums ・・・ First day with the new kit! I’m now playing @nataldrumsofficial, stunning split lacquer maple kit and 14x5.5" brass snare. This kit sounds even better than it looks and I’ve genuinely never had a better tom sound on any kit, so there’ll be plenty of tom-heavy grooves coming soon! #drums #drummer #drumming #vf15 #drumheadspod #drumsoutlet #groovru #drummingco #nataldrums #zildjian
This is Mark Hughes, he is not a wanted suspect and he did not participate in the ambush in Dallas. He was peacefully protesting and exercising his natural right to keep and bear arms. I will repeat this again. MARK HUGHES WAS NOT THE SHOOTER
How to Survive A Mass Shooting
Know your exits whenever going someplace new
Practice situational awareness
If you believe an attack is imminent or under way, alert others around you
If a shooting occurs evacuating the area should be the priority
Fighting back or sheltering in place are distant second options but may be necessary
If you choose to fight back look for an opportunity where the attacker is distracted or reloading
If you decide to fight back, alert other bystanders if possible
If you choose to shelter in place find something solid (preferably concrete) that you can hide behind - if it can’t stop a bullet, it’s not protecting you
Interested in staying alive? Get off your phone and pay attention. This is not the time to film video or get on social media

* If you’re willing to accept the risk of being shot (especially if you’re a person of color) by a cop in addition to the risk of being shot by the bad guy, and are properly trained, you should take action against a mass shooter. If you’re unwilling to accept reality and irrationally expect perfection from people struggling to do the right thing in the worst situation they’ll probably ever face, keep your distance and only worry about yourself and your family.
Aretha Franklin and that magnificent voice on the “Hollywood Palace” in 1968. The picture above the clip was taken in her dressing room at Newark Symphony Hall in Newark, NJ in 1969.
Nice!
