genevieve o'reilly's performance as mon mothma is, quite possibly, my favorite performance in all of star wars. she has brought such life and depth to this iconic character, who, when she first appeared in the original trilogy, hardly existed at all. genevieve o'reilly has been playing this character for two decades now, and before andor, she had been given crumbs, and those crumbs were largley cut, and still, even then, she brought such incredible grace and power to this role. it's truly remarkable, and she deserves all the praise in the world
"If you're not with me, then you're my enemy."
Almost time for the re-release of Revenge of the Sith on theatres!! 😩😩😩 Excited!!!
I love how Yoda’s first inclination when Luke crashes into his self imposed exile is to just absolutely fuck with him. He proceeds to rummage through his shit and pester him and beat his droid with a stick and talk nonsense while stealing his food and when Luke is understandably testy with him Yoda turns to Obi-Wan’s force ghost and goes this fuck ass kid is an impatient bitch just like his dad.
Poor Zeb just perpetually third-wheeling until Sabine joined the crew
I absolutely LOVE the choice of Tales of the Underworld first episode to not explain SHIT about how Ventress died or why Quinlan was confessing his love to her. Sink or swim in the narrative, bitch, Star Wars ain't throwing you a life preserver. Phenomenal choice, zero notes, I've been hyena laughing about it all day.
"I thought I had ruined my life. I thought I was done. After meeting you, and discovering you understood how dangerous Cassian Andor was. Just being in your presence, I... I've realised that life is worth living. I realised that if nothing else, there was justice and beauty in the galaxy and if I just kept going...Perhaps my deranged belief that there was something better fated for me in the future was a dream worth clinging to."
