When u have so much trauma u almost make a counsellor of 6 years cry when you explian the first 10 years of your life to her>>>

I had to wait till the next session to go though the rest of my current teen years, also she looks like she's going to cry evertime I tell her about something abusive I realised my dad did to me (e.g S/A me, use isolation punishments etc)
