for the septicart event

So I was thinking that we could perhaps have a spring theme for the next septicart event sense it’s spring time at most places in the world 

I would just like to thank you guys so much for motivating me into training and my I say it really does make you into a new person 💪🏻

And everyone here thought Friday the thirteenth was a bad day think again cuz I found a lottery ticket that had money on it 😃👌🏻

So everyone here says that you have hugging machine and I think we all can agree to that but to make it more difficult for you I want you to actually prove that by proving that you have long arms just put them under you feet and if you can put more then half of it your good. (Picture proof)

Pma isn’t just a word it's a way of thinking, it has probably helped a lot of people trough out one day after another.  Maybe they are waking up on a bad side and they are going to work or school and they are doing something that they didn’t think was good enough, but then when they though of pma it helped them realise that it’s not the quality that matters it’s the time and effort but into the thing. And I made this to perhaps make someone’s day and to help each other out. Love each other, respect each other and be there for each other in there time of needs
