“You lookin’ for something?” the furry hunk casually asked me with raised eyebrow, “…Or someone?”

“Um –” I stuttered, trying not to check him out too much, “I’m looking for my dad. I thought I saw him come back around here, but now I can’t find him.”

“I don’t think it’s weird,” he replied, “Maybe he just wanted to spend some time with you. Maybe he’s been trying to figure out if he’s gay, too, and wanted you to show him what it’s like.”

“Oh fuck!” I tried to push him away, but he managed to hold me there, telling me to calm down as his face shifted back to the handsome, scruffy face that he had been wearing before.

“I can explain all of this later,” he said, “Just try and forget it’s me inside of here, OK? Let me spend the day like this, and I’ll tell you everything when we get home.”

I reached out to touch his face, and he let me. I looked into his eyes, and couldn’t help but see my father now. I didn’t know why, but it fucking turned on knowing that this sexy guy was actually my dad.

“What should I call you?” I asked him.

He paused for a second. Maybe he hadn’t thought it would get this far. “How about ‘Chris?’ And, just so you know, we don’t have to do anything physical if you don’t want to. I kind of got carried away back there.”

I bit my lip and pulled him in for a kiss, feeling his scruff against my smooth face. I don’t know how my dad knew what my ideal man looked like, but somehow he had nailed it with the way he looked now. I made sure to lean in a little bit so he could feel my hard cock poking up against him.

“I like 'Chris,’” I said. I kissed him a few more times, and then took him by the hand. We spent the rest of the day together at the festival. It was one of the best days of my life.

It bugs me that straight people don’t realise how lucky they are that the possibility of getting involved with someone casually is so real for them? Like they don’t have to go to a dedicated club, they don’t have to wonder whether that person is giving them the eyes or is simmering with rage, they don’t have to use apps to meet people, they don’t have to discount every flirty act as ‘they’re probably just being nice’, they don’t have to check someone’s social media to find out if they’re LGBT before anything else. I mean just the concept of striking up a relationship is so utterly alien to me and many other LGBT people, like I’m living my life constrained by a different set of rules and they’re not even aware those constraints exist?
