What do you guys think Roman’s screenplay was about?
I really can’t decide what genre it would be, what the themes would be, etc. Like, I think he definitely has it within himself to write something funny and biting.. I know the show implies through Kendall that it was bad, and it would definitely be more in line with the tone if it was, but Roman’s got a real emotional intelligence/self awareness that I think could be interesting in a creative work.
If Jesse were to decide, he’d probably say it was something like that new Ben Shapiro trite Lady Ballers.. but this is the same guy who said Roman will have friends to go to after the finale which is like ?? have you watched your own show? So I guess I’m just curious, in a death-of-the-author sense, what the Roman community can cook up about our favorite emotionally stunted boy
