Okay tbh I'm so tired of hypnoposts having flashing lights that are just completely uncensored, no warnings or anything. Firstly a quick lesson in classical conditioning:
An unconditioned stimulus (US) leads to an unconditioned response (UR)
Another neutral stimulus reliably precedes the unconditioned stimulus and the brain unconsciously starts recognising it as a predictor
A conditioned stimulus (CS) is created that now on itself triggers the same response (CR)
The most famous example of this is of course pavlovs dog, where just the sound of a bell (CS) evokes a salivatory response (CR), after it has been learned as a predictor for food (US).
Letโs put this into practice and rearrange some of your neurons, honey <3
Turn on your notifications for tumblr and assign a cute custom sound to them (this will be our neutral stimulus)
Insert your vibe, let your conditioner take control and get yourself comfy somewhere
Your conditioner should now start with sending you dmโs to trigger the notification sound. Shortly after the dm, the vibe should be set to max (US) for a long enough time to trigger arousal (UR) and then set back to zero
If done correctly, after about 10 - 50 repetitions, the notification sound on itself (CS) will get you horny (CR)
This should be repeated regularly to strengthen the connection
Now another kind of conditioning, called operant conditioning will kick in. Since any kind of behaviour that earns you engagement will now be particularly rewarding, it will thereby be reinforced. This is again an unconscious process, so you might not even notice it at first, but over time youโll become more and more of an attention whore <3

Now, just keep sinking deeper and deeper into the water โ as you keep reading and sinking โ the next part of this script is going to begin. As you read and sink โ youโre going to feel a small pressure on your right foot โ the pressure is as if a small bit of weight is crawling over your foot, but it doesnโt feel weird, or bad โ itโs just a pressure for the moment โ This pressure is going to slowly move its way up your leg, crawling upward โ passing over your thighs, over your hips and stomach โ your chest โ and it comes to a stop just under your throat โ
This little pressure is just a little, black parasite, made from nothing, yet itโs physical โ sitting on your throat with the lightest of pressures โ itโs just going to sit there for a moment as you breathe โ in โ and out โ and in โ as you breathe in โ this little parasite is going to go up your nose painlessly, making itโs way to your brain โ and out โ as you breathe out, the parasite is already making itself at home โ with every breath in you take, itโs spreading a web of new nerves across the surface of your brain โ and with every breath out, its sinking that web in deeper and deeper into your brain. in

You wont even notice when it tells you to come back and read it โ you just will - Oh, another thing about this new little friend of yours โ not only is it now a part of your mind โ it listens to me! Isnโt that fun? You are the newest host of a parasite that listens to me and me alone! This little parasite will respond whenever it sees me say Parasite โ This, much like any trance trigger will put you right to sleep โ and get you ready for any commands that I give to the little thing ๐.

3 โ ย Still breathing slowly โ the pattern is just so easy to follow as youโre coming out of trance, and back into yourself. It just feels so nice โ so relaxed as you continue to rise and out of trance like a bubble. Slowly becoming more, and more aware of yourself.
