This was a hate crime. 50 people were killed and 53 were injured in a gay club. During pride month. The shooter’s father said it’s got nothing to do with religion and that months back the shooter got angry when he saw two men kissing. It was a hate crime. It happened in safe space for LGBT+ people and it’s the worst mass shooting in US history. Do not erase the identity of victims, don’t ignore where and how this happened, those people were killed for their identity. The erasure in the media is disgusting and people should know that this was hate crime.
