I mean, treating yaoi as the opposite of yuri just doesn't make sense mathematically: boys are not the inverse of girls. The actual opposite of yuri would somehow have to involve fewer than zero girls, and that's not an easy thing to characterise.

Please remember that Akari is not the first canon LGBT character in YanSim. Ayano, Taro, and all rivals from the main game are all canonically bi regardless if 'fempai' ever makes it into the game or not, and Info-chan is canonically Asexual. Akari however may be the first canon Lesbian.

My painting for today's Bad Apple Artists auction themed "Elysium & the underworld" The auction kicks off today at 5 pm EST and runs until the same time on September 30th, over at the BA's Facebook page. Don't miss it!

Lethe is one of the five rivers of the Underworld in Greek mythology. her waters wipe away memories of those who drink or immerse themselves in it. In the afterlife, souls had to drink from it to forget their earthly lives and start anew, free from past memories.
