Daddy’s New Whip

A riff on The Fall of Jack Rose

1 1/2 oz Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine

1/2 oz Pama

1/2 oz Laird's Applejack

1/2 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

Add everything to your shaking tins and dry shake (no ice) for 30 seconds.

Add ice and shake until well chilled.

Double strain into a chilled coupe.
