That is a tough one! It changes with my mood but generally in fall I make one called Fall From A Tree. Apple brandy, whiskey, cinnamon simple syrup, lemon juice and black walnut bitters.

It is hard to beat a good whiskey or amaretto sour anytime. Tiki drinks have a place in my heart too.
