I have a theory about Luther.

So he said that he never had any friends growing up, right, which means he doesn’t have that much of a mental framework for relationships. Thus, he only had his siblings or mainly his siblings to look to for comfort and relationships. Therefore, he fell in love with Allison because he didn’t have any exposure to too many other people besides his siblings.

Also, I think that after his transformation he feels that, similar to nurses marrying their disfigured patients during/right after WWI because it was thought that no one else would be able to see past their disfigurement, he feels that only someone who knew him before his transformation would be able to stomach seeing him as he is now. The man canonically has such poor body/self image that he doesn’t think anyone would love him other than the few people who knew him before the accident.

King Creativty from beginning to just before the split.

Comes into being when Thomas is very little. As Thomas gets older and developes more understanding of real v make believe he starts to loose his powers and fall apart.

He tries to use his stuffing to make new playmates who will obey him like Patton used to but that. Does not work.

I have a headcanon that if Soldier 76 ever settled into suburban life he’d go full midwestern dad. Like if you walk past his house at 4 in the morning you can expect to find him on the front porch in his underwear and tactical visor holding a BB gun aimed at a pile of peanuts. The squirrels are driving him crazy.
