I am an avid fan of many media, such as, video games, manga, and anime. The big ones being the Final Fantasy series and Black Butler. With that being saidDNI sebaciel.

SNAAAAaaaakkkeee 😢😭
Saw one for another fandom and couldn't resist making one for kuro lol
Who would you sit with
There is also a part in the Red Butler Arc, when Sebastian first gets hit with the death scythe, and in his memories, the part where Ciel is introducing himself is purposely obscured by a different speech bubble, so it reads like, “my name is ….” And in that same panel we see Ciel’s hand holding the ring covered in blood.
In retrospect, it's kinda funny how obvious the twin theory became in this arc, but back then I legitimately thought that the "other Ciel" in the chessboard scene was just symbolic for Ciel's past innocent self or something like that.
I think parts of it were planned from the beginning, but she avoided any big hints, until after the Red Butler arc because it wasn’t till that was over that BB got cleared for a long serialization.

It could also have been caused somewhat by have to wear that chain on his ankle for so long.
pretty sure yana only draws ciel walking with a cane for the Vibes, but my headcanon-that-is-totally-canon says the cane serves as an actual disability aid
its likely he experienced damage in the cult that made it difficult for him to be on his feet for an extended period of time - clearly he can walk/run, there's just a limit on doing so pain-free
this is also part of the reason he doesnt like dancing!
HOW REAL ARE RELIGION AND GODS IN BLACK BUTLER?
I was re-reading the Curry Arc and noticed that Sebastian made some interesting comments..
In the first panel, chap. 16, Sebastian seems to express concern? about running into Kali, the goddess in question, if/ when he goes to India. The way he says it, and the other characters confusion, seems to led credence to my interpretation, which is that Sebastian said it in a way that acknowledged gods as real.
In panel two, chap. 17, Sebastian basically says that gods are real and pulls a face like he is recalling an unpleasant experience with some of them!
In panels three and four, chap. 18, the group is talking about Agni’s powers, and Sebastian brings up various different belief based powers, and clearly it has some sort of real power behind it because Agni was able to go toe to toe with Sebastian!
There has got to be something there with the way Sebastian talks about gods, but I don’t think Yana has given any clarification on what Sebastian meant, so fan theories and head cannons it is I guess.
Also just remembered something right after I hit post, Sebastian literally told o!Ciel that one of the reasons why he was able to summon him is because Ciel completely denounced god so clearly in some capacity god is real in the BB universe if denouncing him holds that much weight!
a little experimentation
I almost never tell people in my real life that I like that Black Butler because of the weird fans. 😭
YANA’ S BIGGEST PIECE OF FORESHADOWING YET!!!!
Pics from chapters 7 and 213 respectively.
A while back, I got the Black Butler art books, and the scream I let out when I saw the Mononoke drawings!
Sorry for the poor quality. Also these are in book 1.
I am a late comer to the Black Butler fandom (I have only been in it for about 2 years at most). But I have known about it for a while, basically since it the anime started airing because my older sister was watching it with our mom, and one time when I was really young, they were talking about it in the car and I think they were talking about what characters they found attractive and so from that conversation, my little kid brain put together that BLACK BUTLER WAS THE BACHELOR BUT WITH BUTLERS! 💀 Once I was older I did learn a lot more about it and had a lot of the major plot points spoiled to me before I read the manga myself and later watched the anime when it all came to Crunchyroll.
One of my favorite moments of foreshadowing (or I am just seeing things) in Black Butler, is back, in the Campania Arc, when Lizzy is flashing back to when Ciel said strong women are scary, YOU CAN SEE O’CIEL’S FEET! The rest of his body is hidden by a speech bubble.
