A/n: here's part two to the original request + think of this as a early birthday present from me to you!! you can find part one here, enjoy! some of these took a different turn plot-wise, i hope that's alright <3

Summary: reader pretends that their lover is their friend, co-worker, etc.

Accepts (he's very calm, rational, and understands)

Albedo: he understands why, and he's fine with it. especially if your relationship is something no one knows about, it'll be easier calling him your lab partner and friend. you both probably don't often go on missions together due to the busy schedules you both have, BUT when you're together, you probably often don't refer to each other in a very lovey-dovey way. at least in public; you two are very discreet! so, calling albedo something other than the endearing pet names you have reserved for behind closed doors is wayyy easier than you originally thought. and he's a very understanding boyfriend, so he definitely wouldn't throw a fit about this at all!

Chongyun: popsicle boy more than understands. he almost accepts a little too easily... he's not hurt by this, because your reasoning is rational and makes sense. he just wants you safe, so if he has to be your friend on a mission that's fine. everything is alright with him unless you start claiming you don't know who he is. then, and only then, is he bothered. if you bring this up in conversation, he may try to offer other ways to approach this, because he's like 0.001 bothered, but other than that everything is fine! just don't go around saying you don't know him because that's a huge shot in the chest that soft boy over here is not prepared for.

Diluc: this man understands completely! when you approached him about a mission jean was planning to send you on, he was a little worried, especially after he learned how far you'd be traveling... but when you asked him to accompany you on the long journey, he was relieved. the only minor issue is that he couldn't go as your boyfriend, due to issues of either one of you being targeted. he would go as your friend, the very well-known wine tycoon. he's not as bothered as many may think. why would he be? this is just a simple mission! no one would hit on you while he's at your side, he didn't need to be known far and wide as your boyfriend for men and women to stay away. he knows you can 100% handle yourself, so momentarily being referred to as your friend is alright.

Kaeya: telling kaeya you were going to stop calling him your boyfriend and all the nicknames attached in public was a blow to his heart, but guess what, if you have a reasonable enough explanation he totally understands. you tell him it has to do with a certain someone from your past intruding once again, and they're very dangerous, so he gets it and doesn't prod any fruther. he'll agree and not make a big fuss about it, only after he's done making a complete fuss about it. despite agreeing to accept, he teasingly asks you why you haven't been calling him this or that in public, and it takes a slap to the back of his head for him to 'remember' why you're only calling him captain or friend. this man is as smooth as butter so he'd never let it slip you're dating in a million years! but, that doesn't mean he doesn't pretend to let the secret slip, just to see your reaction. he walks the fine line of accepting but almost spilling the beans because he likes to tease you. don't worry though, after he's had his fun with you, just know he'll actually stop and leave it alone. but behind closed doors, the teasing doesn't necessarily stop ;)

Kazuha: he is definitely someone who agrees to this immediately, a little fast you joked. but he understands. you're from inazuma as well so you more than understand why your relationship needs to be kept on the down-low. especially since someone very close to you and kazuha perished, leaving you both as targets. even before your friends' murder, your relationship was a secret. so now that you're both outside of inazuma, you're definitely a little scared to share your true relationship with kazuha to outsiders. due to kazuha's involvement with the crux and finding people he trusts, he's much more comfortable sharing your relationship with the pirates. you, on the other hand, having spent much of your time in mondstadt after your friends' death, are a bit more... worried. if you admitted your involvement with kazuha, what would happen to him? would he be slain down? at least for a little while longer, you want to remain as friends on the outside, to the people who know you in mondstadt and the crux members who don’t know of your relationship. and kazuha's not against it either, as long as you come to terms that everything is alright on your own, he's more than fine keeping everything a secret!

Zhongli: telling him you would like to call him less friendly and endearing nicknames while in public, wasn't as much as a blow to his heart as you thought it would be. because he understands, and he's probably done it more than a few times as well, to keep you protected of course; he wouldn't just tell anyone you're his significant other, and vice versa. but this week you were meeting with some pretty dangerous people, alongside ningguang and yanfei to discuss legal action when it comes to a few individuals accused of money laundering; obtaining mora through illegal actions. during this time, zhongli offered to help in any way he could, and removing romantic gestures was rather easy. no one asked about your relationship because of how inconspicuous you two were being. but don't get me wrong, when this all blows away, he's less than a liyuen nobleman to you, assisting this case.

Accepts (he may accept, but that doesn't mean he isn't bothered)

Aether: poor boy! he's so hurt. what do you mean you don't want to call him your boyfriend??? sure, being called just a friend is fine because he is that too, but he's also your boyfriend so :( but after some thorough explaining done by beidou, he starts to understand why you both can't waltz into inazuma, while you complete your own individual task, and openly share your relationship status. he's THE knight, the one many know of now and are possibly after. it's safer for you to play under the guise of friends, more preferably traveling companions while in inazuma, especially since he's heard baal is a very very tough cookie. if she's anything like kazuha has shared with him, it's best you don't refer to aether as your boyfriend, especially if you cross her. she'd easily been the root of all of kazuha's pain, loss, and suffering. he didn't want that for either of you... so, for now, you're strictly traveling as companions or friends.

Razor: he can come to terms with this because he'll follow just about any order you give him. he trusts you wholeheartedly, and it's your word above all! but, in the back of his mind, there are times he wonders why? why does he have to be your friend again? it just doesn't make sense! lisa has to explain a few times, and each time he comes to terms with it again, but there are still those moments when he questions it. do you not want to be his significant other? would you rather be with someone else? but don't worry! he'll get over those fears as long as you reassure him that this is just a front while on this mission. reassure him that although to the public your title is friends, you're much more than that. and after, he'll totally be at ease.

Xiao: when your life was being threatened due to your title of an adepti, he knew it was important for you to go into hiding, effectively immediately. and for your safety, he accepts this instantly, without questions asked. but when zhongli tells him it's better for you two to not see or speak to one another, he is a little bothered. especially when you told him he might as well forget you were together, at least for the time being; it was a little harsh but you wanted to get your point across!! like razor, there's this insecure feeling bubbling within him. he wonders if he's strong enough, worthy enough, to be your lover. it doesn't matter how many times you reassure him that once this all blows over, you two can be together again and express your love to one another publicly or not. until then, he'd wait. waiting was going to be the easy part, he's waited for you to finally be his for thousands of years; what's another thousand, is his thought process. but when some of the younger liyuen's, such as xingqiu and hutao come to him and wonder where his graceful lover is, he can't help but feel momentarily defeated as he tells them you two were never together, just fellow adepti, co-workers, if you will. overtime, he'll come to terms with it, but for now, it does bother him a bit more than he'd admit.

Accepts (he accidentally/not so accidentally lets it slip)

Childe: you're not affiliated with the fatui, so any other group is practically a rival to them. you can't tell your affiliated group who he is to you and vice versa. but he so badly wants to share the secret... childe, like kaeya, walks the thin line of keeping the secret but wanting to prioritize his teasing and corny jokes instead. he'd much rather joke and tease about the nature of your true relationship than ever keep it a secret, and that's pretty much known. only very few of the fatui know of his secret, one being scaramouche after prying the information out of childe one day, and the other being signora who accidentally listened in on your conversation one day… despite how often he fought with scaramouche, and la signora's annoyance to be affiliated with the both of them, they still were his closest friends! so of course, he'd feel comfortable enough around them to joke, and in the process, let it slip that he was dating you. ahhh, it takes so much bribing of scaramouche to not snitch and rat him out to the tsaritsa, and a lot of pleading with la signora to leave you alone; she was more concerned with meeting you, to see if you were truly worthy of dating childe, and far too busy judging you. how they found out? well, he'd accidentally let the joke carry on for too long and shared a bit too much information. unlike kaeya, childe is less than smooth and doesn't know how to keep this specific secret for the LIFE of him, so it's very hard, and practically eating him alive. he's a good keeper of secrets, only in the beginning though. give or take a few months the secret will be out to the entirety of the fatui.

Bennett: ahh, benny... he's so clumsy, he's BOUND to let it accidentally slip during a mission. he understands you want to only call him your friend for the sake of the mission, and that doesn't mean he's not bothered by it, but it works! momentarily... when you're both fighting a large group of treasure hoarders, one of them taunts what his purpose is if he's so clumsy and can't even do one thing right, and benny takes that PERSONALLY. he KNOWS he's not supposed to let it slip, but at this moment, he can't help but scream, "I'm their boyfriend, that's who! and i'm a pretty awesome one if i do say so myself." and suddenly, everything between hammers to swords drops and the world falls silent for a minute. you immediately scold bennett when you return home, claiming although his gesture was... sweet. it was definitely dangerous to reveal. jean had strictly said personal relationships should be kept on the down-low, no matter strength or rank of those involved. and he feels so bad because once again he goofed up. he's so upset about it and doesn't let it go the whole journey home. just reassure him that it wasn't the biggest deal in your opinion, because in the end, you both kicked ass together.

Xingqiu: this boy strikes me as someone who is a blabbermouth, and i know for sure he'd either accidentally or not so accidentally let it slip that you're really together when you're not supposed to be. your parents would NEVER accept your relationship. one, because you're their child duh, they're your stereotypical overprotective parents, and two, xingqiu is well... xingqiu. in their book (heh), he'd never be a good match for you, especially if you come from a stoic lineage. he's too much of a goofball for them to handle or be taken seriously. but when they were finally free and caught you and xingqiu together one evening running around liyue harbor, they were more than shocked to see their child with a boy?! your more overprotective parent was seething with anger, you had never seen them so bothered until now. but don't worry (or so you thought), xingqiu always managed to talk himself out of sticky situations, and this time had to be no different! you've told your boyfriend a thousand and one times, that if he ever by chance ran into your parents, never EVER tell them you're dating. he was simply a friend in your little group of friends. WRONG. because it seems like the script you spent hours teaching him had been washed down the drain. he's too carefree, and he forgot completely who he was supposed to say he was smh. instead of introducing himself as your friend, he told your seething parents exactly who he was.

DON'T!!! (his pride is obliterated and feelings are extremely hurt)

Scaramouche: unless the mission is incredibly important and life-threatening on both ends, then you should have nor want no reason to call him a friend or just a co-worker. after all these years, after finally coming to terms and accepting how he feels about you, YOU'RE the one who wants to backtrack and turn the clocks? why? are you insane? let's just say scaramouche's pride is shattered. how DARE you tell him you decided your official title would be friends until everything with the traveler blew over. how dare you!!! he feels anger, humiliation, and rejection, and guess what? he loathes it all. he doesn't really care if you're both in danger, because he knows he's more than capable of keeping you both safe, and vice versa. he's with you for a reason. he loves you of course, but he also knows you can handle your own. he will flat out tell someone who he is to you, meanwhile mosey around what you are to him because he's embarrassed to admit his feelings bye. his response to you calling him just a friend is, "we're not just friends, you idiot. stop telling people that!" he'll either be really blunt or like i said, mosey around the matter as much as he can. all i'm going to say is, if you don't want to be lashed out at, DO NOT call him a friend or anything in that vein.

Venti: tsk tsk. as much of a strong front he puts up when it comes to this, this bard, in particular, is a clingy little bastard, and he just can't accept this at the end of the day. why? because, well why would he want to have you refer to him as a friend, or even worse, a stranger? i feel like he would despise flat-out rejection, and if you're trying to call him a friend or stranger due to a mission, well then, that's the biggest form of rejection in his book! venti shows how bothered he is by this as he complains and whines, and is nearly bowing at your feet to not go through with this. "please, y/n! don't break my little heart." yes, he's practically begging. never would you have thought an archon to be bowing at your feet... a literal GOD pleading for you not to break his heart. and as much as it breaks your own heart, you have to go through with this! a mission is a mission, and if this can keep venti safe, you're all for it. although, if your life is in danger then, of course, he'll allow it! but he's going to want to mosey around the fact for a while, and ignore that you're actually calling him a friend... but if you're just trying to protect him, he'll laugh it off, and say he can protect himself. he jokes that he'd much rather face death than ever hear you call him a friend or stranger, AHH.

HOW THEY WAKE YOU UP.

cw. mentions of food note. 'cause i've been waking up too early these days

izuku brushes your hair away from your eyes gently, leaning down to kiss your forehead while mumbling, “good morning.” when you stir awake, he places a tray full of your favorite breakfast food on your lap with a soft smile, making small talk while you eat. “did you sleep well?”

bakugou makes you breakfast and sets the table before he goes back to your bedroom and caresses your cheek, “c'mon, wake up before your food gets cold.” once you're awake, he'd pull you to your feet and lead the way to the kitchen and sit you down, kissing the top of your head in the process.

denki somehow manages to go to sleep at 3-4am and wake up before 6, so he'll be the one to wake you up. sometimes, he'll even tickle you just for the fun of it, but apologizes right away if you're mad at him. frequently, “hey baby.... it's time to rise and shine!” followed by a kiss to your nose is what wakes you up.

sero who's definitely not a morning person, but still manages to wake up before you on days you have to leave early, he'll place kisses all over your face, saying, “babe, you're going to be late,” if you brush him off. he'll hand you a messily wrapped tiffin box, “i made you breakfast and lunch” but won't let you leave before you give him a proper kiss.

shoto — like a typical mother, opens the curtains and lets the sunlight stream into the room. he then goes up to your sleeping figure and urges you to wake up while he brushes your hair away from your face, “hey darling, we have to go soon.” once you wake up, he's leaning in to kiss your forehead, “good morning, my love.”

Once upon a time, in the heart of a dark and rainy night, a creature appeared at an abbey, climbing through a window to into the room where the abbess was writing notes. It was a wretched beast, not quite human but neither did it resemble any animal that the abbess could name. It was dripping wet, with scarred skin and odd patches of thin, sparse fur, long cracked claws that scraped the stone floor, and sharp teeth so haphazardly scattered that it was hard to say whether there were two rows of teeth or one.

"What do you want, creature?" the abbess asked it calmly.

"I want to become a nun", the creature said. And there was no rule in the books that the abbess could remember that would prohibit a strange beast from becoming a nun, if it so desired. So, the beast was accepted into the abbey, and it took to life in the order as naturally as a shepherd dog to herding. She was a meticulous beast, first to wake and rise at dawn, neat and tidy with all tools and tasks she was given, dutiful and devout in all things.

No nun nor novice dared to question the creature's right to be there after the first time the she demonstrated that her teeth are not merely for decoration, and then apologised to the novice who had tried. The beast even graciously offered to mend the habit she had torn. After the incident, she was never bothered again. A handful of other postulants, novices and even a few of the nuns flocked to her, knowing that the creature would not allow anybody to be mistreated in her presence.

Watching the creature wolfishly lope across the abbey courtyard, with her ill-fitting, haphazardly placed cowl flopping as she went, the abbess contemplated the strange being. Despite of her sloppy, haphazard appearance, the beast really did have great potential to become a nun. A being so gentle and friendly could have done well just about anywhere, as would anyone so devout, but what made the creature such a good fit for monastic life was her love of routine. Waking up each morning at the same time, performing the same tasks and duties at the same time, the beast was not only tireless in her work, but actively delighted in regular routines. Which was why the abbey was such a good place for her, and she would one day make an excellent nun.

She was, without a doubt, a creature of habit.

Normally appearing indifferent to the antics of others, Diluc is absolutely terrifying when his hard-set gaze is intentional. He stands tall, towering over all with narrowed eyes and thinly pressed lips. He wants to believe he heard incorrectly, that his ears failed him and he’s misheard what they said, but the clear discomfort in your face makes it apparent that he was right after all. He doesn’t hide his disgust. There is no need for you to turn to him with fear in your eyes because if looks could kill, Diluc would claim vengeance and be found guilty.

As spirited as Itto appears, he certainly isn’t dumb. He knows exactly what that whistle was intended for, what those words implicated. His face first contorts in blatant shock, then unmistakable anger. He’ll shout and make a scene, an arm around your shoulders to pull you into his side so he shields you with his body. If you so much prod his shoulder as a signal, however, he’ll be more than happy to whisk you away from the scene. Expect him to attempt to console you with his shenanigans afterwards.

Childe reacts with hesitance or uncertainty. All had been swell: you’d been hiding your smile behind your hand as he made grand motions with his arms, a hearty laugh falling from his lips. His grin falls immediately when he comes to a halt and turns on his heel so quickly, it’s a miracle that he doesn’t get whiplash. His tongue is sharp and his mouth spews bitter, angry words. It is the tug on his sleeve, a grasp on his elbow, that reels him back in from taking them by the shirt. A fight wouldn’t do, not when you’d be there to witness his stealthy corruption, but he never forgets the faces of those who dare treat you like such. After all, what kind of useless scum would he be to let this lesson go untaught?

Only a fool would dare to utter such crude things about the calvary captain’s beloved. Kaeya has his flirtatious moments, sweet and borderline suggestive but should never be underestimated to be indifferent to you. People dote on him all the time, yes, and he entertains them to get a kick out of their infatuation, but even he complies when it comes to personal boundaries. His remarks drip with sarcasm. He practically barks them out through a tense jaw and grinding teeth, an arm looped around your waist protectively. Violence may not be the answer, but when this happens all he sees is red.

Zhongli is no stranger to the ways of mortals. He has lived to see generation after generation, and while the world around him changed, human nature hardly did and that included the manners of which they approached different social environments. Nonetheless, he cannot fathom how one might muster the audacity to call after you so inappropriately. He himself has never been subjected to such harassment but being witness to it, especially involving you, arouses a wrath unmatched by any he’s known in his time. His presence alone emanates a poise unmatched by any other, even in this form, so don’t be surprised if he manages to intimidate the perpetrator away. If they linger, however, he will not hesitate to insert his dominance in the situation on your behalf. You are, after all, deserving of utmost respect.

Similarly to Itto, Thoma is renowned for his charm. He is the friendly face any one may seek out in the marketplace in Ritou or around the shops in Inazuma City, loved and respected by many. He is always so gentle with even the newest of acquaintances, establishing relationships with anyone who may need him, but don’t expect that to be the case here. He is more concerned about your well-being than that of his connections. He has no respect for those who demean others, and he’ll make this very clear. His voice carries throughout cobblestoned streets, maybe loud enough to draw a crowd, but he could care less. Out of the six he is most likely to not resort to violence, but he definitely would be verbal in such a situation. Afterwards, of course, he cares after you tenderly. Whatever you need, whether it be space or his comfort, he’ll comply without a second thought.

Diluc:

He heard about it before but dont know what exactly it is

When you first date him, he's quite fascinated that you have no problem standing in the middle of the hot day (the man's face is already red and sweaty)

Diluc is also fascinated by how fast and long you could run, and your breathing is still quite stable

One day, you said to him to come to a field where your team train, he was confused why but he came anyway

That's where he learn that you were a marching band student

What really got him more attracted is that you're a brass player

Seeing you walking or running around the field and play an instrument that needs a lot of control in breathing, he's just...amazed

He even once asked you to play a song for him UwU

From that day, he always come to visit you practice, he even supports you

Diluc once asked you to help him train like running for 2-30 minutes to make sure his endurance is good :)

He even asked you teach him how to play your instrument

But the thing that Diluc constantly worried about you is that sometimes you got injured while practicing

Sometimes you come home with bandages on. He literally almost cried seeing you in that state

But you always reassure him that it's normal to get injured

One other thing that makes him worried the most is that you always forced yourself to practice when you are literally sick :(

When you got home one day, he sees your that your face is really red due to the fever you were having. You could BARELY move the next day and he cried inside...

Diluc just wanted you to take care of yourself because you forget to rest and who knows for how long you've been practicing

All in all, he really loves you and supports your activities. He tries to be there when you got injured after practice or just to take care of you :)

"You know, I just wish that you would take care of yourself and know your limits, it hurts me to see you forcing the energy out of you.. get some rest alright, I'll be here if you need anything"

Childe:

Childe. Wants. To. Become. A. Marching Band. Student. With. Youuuu

He was really excited that you were one of it

Especially when he found out that your a Colorguard, he's literally happy

Childe always asks you to teach him how to dance with a flag, he's always messed up and got hurt -_-

Thanks to your position as a Colorguard, he teaches you how to use a weapon much easier

He wanted to have a light and flexible body just like you, sometimes when battling, he looked at you like you were dancing while moving your weapon

Ngl sometimes he got jealous because you were dancing with another boy beside him

He knows that the coach who wants you to perform with that boy, but he's just REALLY wanted to dance like that with you in the field

"Your back, how's practice?" he asks

"Oh it's great actually, I actually have a part where I would dance with a boy" you said casually

The man is literally about to flop the table

"WHAT?! you with another boy, YOU could only dance with me" he said with a pouty face

You find it cute that he wanted to be in that boy's position

"Fine...if you want it so bad Childe..I'll teach you the dance privately, is that good enough?" you offered him

He feels a lot better though, but he could really wish that was him you were performing with

Also, he sometimes almost cried seeing you looked bang up, bruises on your arms and legs

Now Childe REALLY wants to be with you all the time

So, being a boyfriend that he is, he wanted to make sure that you're well rested and fully healed from your injuries

"Oh hey you're back, go ahead and take a shower while I cook dinner for us and maybe after that we could watch a movie or cuddle in bed, I'll also wanted to check if your wounds are started to heal"

Kaeya:

Firstly, Kaeya really wanted to know where and when did you learn how to dance really well

So, when you said you couldn't go on a date with him today because you were attending something, he secretly follows where you're going

When he got to your place, he finally found out that your a colorguard

One thing that caught his attention was you were dancing with a saber (something like a sword)

You were just dancing and moving around swiftly yet elegantly with it

"I don't know you were a part of a marching band, is that why you were always quite busy?" he said

You nodded at him and tell him that you were in the team for almost 3 years now

He was really amused and wanted to learn from you especially how to dance with the saber

To your surprise, he understand it quite quickly, you even teach him how to dance with a rifle and a flag

Sometimes when you came back from the field, you and Kaeya would dance together, and maybe he will consider it as a date <3

Kaeya really loves it when you wear a costume for your performance

He really wants to wear it too so you can be a couple lol

One thing that makes him worry is that there's a move where you have to toss your rifle really high and you have to catch it

He worries that it will hit you especially your head, Kaeya just prays that you'll be safe at all cost

He will usually checked up on you after practice, if you have several injuries, he'll take care of you or take you to Barbara

He loves and adore what you're doing, he'll try to help as much as he could to help you recover

"Back so early today huh? Come here and sit down, I'll checked you up if you have any injuries and not to worry, I already worked on your commissions for today ;)"

Zhongli:

Zhongli always wonders where did you get your discipline manners and skills at playing the piano came from

You always tell him that you learned it from an extra class at school, but he's still curious tho..

One day, he walked past by a field and he sees a bunch of teens in the field with..instruments?

So, he take a look for himself and... wait is that you?

You were playing a marimba, you were very skillfully when playing it

The elegant sound that you produce and your tiny little movements really capture his attention

Especially when you play the marimba with 2 sticks in each hand, one thing that's in his mind is that, HOW did you manage to move it quickly

After practice he came to you, "So, you're a marching band student, i always wonder what they are actually, and i found it fascinating" he said

After comming back he asks you a TON of questions about marching band, and you happily answered it

From that day, he sometimes asked you to teach him how to play the marimba

And after that, the poor man's hand was really sore..so he wonders if it hurts to play like that for a longgg time

You said yes of course, you even said that you cut by the sticks while playing it and that even a drop of water could be very painful when it hit your hand... :(

Zhongli LITERALLY surprised that you have to go through that condition and said it's really normal

The man is literally stocking some medicines and bandages in the house so you could use them whenever your hands hurt

When he sees your hands got bandages, he'll help you finish up some chores so you don't really have to feel any pain when you're using water

Zhongli is always amused by you and couldn't help but fall for you even more when you do something amazing like this <3

"Your hands are still bandaged, so let me took care of the work in the house. You can go and get some rest, and I'll be sure to get the supplies you need"

Shinichiro :

❥ Poor Shinichiro, having to watch the girl he liked push him around in front of his men as if he was chopped liver.

❥ Frankly, it was kind of his fault though. You, the person he likes, kept getting mixed signals. He kept flirting with other women in front of you which caused you to believe he didn’t like you and only saw you as a little sister of some sort, based on the way he always took care of you whenever he was around.

❥ But to him, he thought it was a game of push and pull. He badly wanted to earn your affection, so badly that he turned to other women in order to make you jealous.Though, Just by his everyday behavior towards you. Everybody could tell he was downright in love with you. Except of course, you.

❥ It was easy to tell that what you two both lacked was mere communication. He was a bad flirt and you were a dense wall. To the others, it was certainly frustrating to see you both have reciprocating feelings but not making any progress. But who were they to interfere?

❥ Feeling discouraged by the way he continuously flirted with your friend. You turned to look around, also craving the feeling of romantic experiences. That was when you saw a particularly handsome teen wink at you from his behind.

❥ Shinichiro, who thought you were looking at him, tried hard to not let a smile form. From your slightly open mouth to your rosy cheeks, he desperately tried to suppress the redness trying to creep to his own face.

❥ “Y/n-” “Move slightly to the left Shinichiro-kun! There’s a hot guy who just winked at me!” He deadpanned. Seeing the way your eyes lit up caused his spirit to be crushed. He could only mentally cry at your bright figure. “Oh! He’s walking towards here! Do I look ok!? I do, right!?”

❥ He wobbly smiled, opting to nod instead of crushing your thoughts. “If I touch my nose, That’s a sign to get me ok?” Your cute grin made him almost forget the burning and fleeting feeling of jealousy.

❥ “Y-yeah…” He managed to squeeze out. The girl beside him almost forgotten, that was until she spoke. “You know...next time you try to flirt with me. Make sure it’s not painfully obvious you’re in love with your best friend. *ssh*le” She shook off the arm around her shoulders. Shinichiro flinched, expecting to be doused in the hot drink the girl had, only to be surprised by her words.

❥ “Just talk to her. I can tell she likes you as much as you like her. Nobody likes losers so you better cherish her.” She talked as if she could tell he’d been rejected more than 20 times already. It took a blow to his pride, but he then realized that she was right.

❥ He heard laughter. Turning to the source, he didn’t expect a bigger blow to his mood than your smiling figure. He didn’t even hesitate in approaching you. Glaring at the male in front of you.

❥ Hearing footsteps, you turned your body to look behind you. Only to be pulled into an embrace. Shinichiro’s arms were around you. Pulling you closer until your back softly hit his chest. It caused your attention to move from the guy in front of you to the ground.

❥ “I really really like you, y/n...I know this isn't quite the right way. But I can’t help myself anymore…” His warm breath was fanning against your ears. You couldn’t even turn your head in fear of becoming more flustered than you were right now.

❥ Your hands found its way to your face to hide your obvious fluster. The guy in front of you feeling awkward and dejected left after seeing Shinichiro’s eyes that glared at him fiercely from your back.

❥ “I won’t let you make the number count be 21… can you be my number 1 instead?”

Mikey :

❥ Falling for such a dense wall. The invincible Mikey felt hopelessness far more greater than the times he loses in fights, which is extremely rare and painful.

❥ He never expected himself to get stringed on by a person. He felt like he could relate to his older brother now when it came to this feeling of relationships.

❥ Such a loser, he thought of himself as he watched you bubbly talk about your day in front of him. Occasionally sipping on your drink which always caused him to lose focus and stare at your lips. He just had to wonder how it would feel like, maybe someday he would.

❥ He just had to shamelessly climb or crawl his way into your heart. And that he would do. Promising to make you fall for him just as hardly as he did with you. He raised his eyebrow once he caught sight of your expression which was more flustered than usual. Why? He had done nothing to make your heart flutter yet.

❥ “D-don’t look behind you, Mikey! There's a cute guy walking towards us!” They way you smiled. It left a sour taste on his tongue, his eyes which was open wide and was looking at you so fondly turned cold and sharp.

❥ You tucked your hair behind your ear, looking so bashful and cute that it made Mikey feel a little less anger and made him a lot more jealous than he should be. The muffin in his hand, neglected and put on the table. He leaned back, watching you whisper “You remember right?” Then pointing to your nose before you replace your expression with a wide smile.

❥ “Hi there, pretty lady” A voice that was way more sinister in Mikey’s mind was heard. He watched the man offer you his hand with a slimy grin on his punchable face. “You look like you need company? I’m confident I can give you that and more” The way he winked. God it was so infuriating that even Mikey himself was surprised he hadn't hurled himself to the man for a fight.

❥ Before you could answer, Mikey’s body moved on autopilot. His hands were placed around your shoulders before the unexpected but also not surprising Mikey behavior happened.

❥ “Ah~” The sound escaped his lips before he bit your left cheek. You stood there stiff and in disbelief as the guy in front of you looked incredibly confused. “Oh. Sorry y/n-chi, I thought it was my muffin!” He smiled, closing his eyes though an irk mark on his forehead made the look very threatening. His hands found its way to your ears.

❥ “What you lookin’ at? Get your own. You’re too ugly for someone like her *ssh*le. Stick to your own league or climb your way out the bottom of my shoe, scum.” His threat was furthered by his hand leaving your ear and running it to his neck in a slicing motion.

❥ The way his eyes oozed danger and violence caused a shiver down the man’s spine. He couldn’t talk at all. He could only stare and scurry like a little rat at the scene in front of him.

❥ Once he was left, even you were too speechless at Mikey’s bold move. You glanced at him briefly before looking away. The way he glanced back at you was intimidating and scary.

❥ “you... Why are you looking at other men when I’m in front of you? don’t look at anyone romantically aside from me, got that? I’ll beat them all if you do.”

❥ “H-huh???” You felt your heart beat quicker. Though you didn’t want to be disappointed if you had the wrong idea.

❥ “I’m saying I like you, you dense idiot. Date me already.”

Baji :

❥ This one, he’s as much of an idiot as you are. He thought you were already dating. He knew you felt the same as him, and went ahead of himself and didn’t ask you for confirmations or made any more moves

❥ He was too confident for his own good. And thankfully, your denseness humbled him a lot. He couldn’t count how many times the others laughed at him after getting ignored or misunderstood by you.

❥ “Come on~ if you want it, you have to get it shorty” He chuckled as he raised your hair tie farther away from you. You had to stop yourself from launching an attack at the way Baji had laughed at you. Feeling quite drained, you gave up and instead sat on the ground.

❥ “Ah. you’re giving up that early?” He asked, bending down a bit to meet your eyes. He saw your flustered face and smirked from smugness. “Heh. Whatchu lookin’ at?” He asked as he closed his eyes, ready to be complimented by you.

❥ A boy behind Baji caught your attention. “A really handsome guy…” He heard your whisper. His hand raised up to cover his face that was threatening to abolish his image. He then felt your soft hand push him away. And he could only guess it was from sheer embarrassment. “I- I know I’m good-lookin’. You don’t have to say it out loud” He grumbled, but mostly to himself because it was his own way of an ego boost.

❥ “Tch, Move!” He thought your words originated from embarrassment. He cleared his throat and decided to take a small breather from your unexpected outburst. Walking towards Mikey, His gang could tell he was in a good mood judging by the shining aura which surrounded him.

❥ “Ugh gross. You look happy.” He heard the voice of his friend. But even if their words were far from good, even that couldn’t make him stop himself from smiling. It caused a series of reactions and words from the gang but he ignored most of it.

❥ Though that didn’t last very long after the deep and confused Draken spoke up. “You look oddly happy for someone who’s self proclaimed girlfriend is getting hit on” The smile on Baji’s face was completely wiped off. He looked back at where he left you, Only to see another man hoisting you up by your hand from the ground.

❥ Without another word he ran straight to you. “WHAT DO YA THINK YER’ DOIN’ B*TARD!?” Was the words you managed to hear before a black piece of cloth completely devoured your view.

❥ *Thwack!* A loud sound started you before the feeling of someone’s arms around you caused you to relax a bit. The fabric was then moved up. It was Baji's uniform. It was as if he was peeking at you by the way his body moved.

❥ “What are you doing? Looking at other people like that, Look only at me like how I’ll only look at you for the rest of our lives.”

❥ Very manly confession, Baji. But you still didn’t pop the question or at least asked for confirmation….oh well, at least you know he’s into you now as well. Let’s just hope the misunderstanding will be cleared before you get frustrated.
