Ok so yk that I love robotic affirming, so there's one thing I've noticed that a lot of you people do that you don't even realise that this is the reason why manifestation isn't working for you.

You affirm religiously for a week or so and then turn back and think - I've been affirmimg for a week or two why isn't it here yet?

I mean like seriously dude??!! Why? Why do you do that to yourself? Telling yourself how you have all week long and then turning back to check where it is? How does that work? How does that make any sense. You're literally contradicting yourself and your affirmations. And btw why are you looking at the 3d for confirmation? I mean c'mon. You already have it. It's already done. Imagination is the real reality. You are the validation.

I understand that most of you guys affirm to try to manifest what you want. But that's not it. You are affirming to just tell yourself that you already have it. That's it. You already have it. Even if you don't believe in your affirmations, that's alright. Just repeat it. Persist in your new story. You are the validation. You are the validation that what you want is yours. Stop giving up. You can't affirm for a week and then give up and start doubting when it's gonna happen. Stop being so double minded.

There are only two sides to a desire - You either have it or you don't. There is no in between. This isn't about having some movement or getting a partial amount of money or anything like that nope. You either HAVE IT OR YOU DON'T.

Choose your side of the story. That's it

How To Enter The Void State?

1: It’s easy. Don’t overcomplicate it. Every time you get lost in thoughts and don’t feel your surroundings anymore, that’s when you’ve entered the void.

2: Personally, I prefer to do this method at night. But do what’s best for you, preferably at a time when you won’t be disturbed. Lie or sit down—whatever is more comfortable for you.

3: Scratch every itch you have, then lay still once you’re ready, listening to calm music. Anything that keeps your mind awake but lets your body fall asleep— you should not move so you reach the void faster.

4: Lie still, let the music play for around 20-30 minutes without moving. By now, your body should be asleep, and your mind awake. When the music stops, simply focus on the black behind your eyes and, if you want to, affirm.

That’s it.

say “i am in my *desired reality*” & “i will wake up in my *desired reality* then fall asleep with the belief that i’ll wake up in my desired reality because i am there so i will.

Another question I have for shifters:

How do you guys feel about dating/being with different people in different realities. (Again not saying anything is right/wrong, I just really want to hear other people’s perspectives on different things regarding shifting)

Like for the people that do have different s/o, is it hard to manage? Would you ever tell any of your s/o about shifting and being with other people? And if you think that it’s wrong, I would like to know why. (Along with anything else someone might want to share about this topic)

Idk if I've talked about this before, but I saw someone post about why people who have been trying to shift for so long might not be shifting (this might not apply to everyone, but it really clicked with me). They only explained why, so I'm gonna talk about the solution I came up with.

They specifically said that it was not tough love, but psychological facts: it's possible that your mind registers shifting as a goal in THIS reality.

Think about that for a second. This is the part that really got me when I started to think about it. When you are here, in your CR, your goal is to shift, right? So what if our minds interprets that as a goal IN THIS REALITY, as simple as going to bed thinking "oh, I'm going to unload the dishwasher in the morning." Because shifting is just aligning with your DR self, and guess what?? Your goal in your DR is not to shift! That blew up my brain a little bit.

"But i want to shift" you know how everyone keeps saying "you are already in your DR"? I interpreted that for so long as motivation. It's not. It's the process. To align with your DR self, just like aligning with another person in your CR you have to have the same goals.

So your goal is no longer to shift. Stop thinking like that. Your goal IS NOT TO SHIFT. Waking up where you are meant to has never been a goal, but an expectation. Your goal is to wake up and go downstairs to have breakfast with your DR friends or family. Your goal is to wake up and get to class on time to ace that Defence Against The Dark Arts quiz you totally forgot to study for until the night before. Your goal is to wake up and win that Oscar, to break that curse, destroy the One Ring, you fucking name it babes.

I don't know if this is really dumb and obvious, but it wasn't for me before, so I really hope this post helps someone else too.

okay. cards on the table. if absolutely nothing is working, you have two options:::::

double down. lock in, recalibrate, rewire your brain like a little mad scientist in a gothic novel. go full delulu, full “i have seen the truth and it is malleable.” assume the shift has already happened and let reality cough up the proof. gaslight your own perception like it’s an avant-garde art piece.

let go. completely. stop trying, stop forcing, stop thinking about it like a problem to solve. go touch some grass (not metaphorically. literally. go outside. make physical contact with nature). let shifting become background noise instead of your entire existence. paradoxically, this is when things start clicking. like when you stop staring at a word and suddenly you remember how to spell it.

but !!!! if you’re in that horrible restless limbo, where you feel like you can’t let go but pushing harder isn’t doing anything either, my real answer is.......... switch things up. do something new, something fun, something so completely out of character that it shocks your system. make a new playlist, change your routine, wear something weird, eat something you’ve never had before. trick your brain into loosening its grip on the “stuck” feeling. you are not actually stuck. you are just circling the same neural pathways over and over again. step sideways. shift diagonally. watch what happens.
