october is a busy month for me, in between university, recovery and trying to make a peace with my body and live my life happily - i am healing.
so my dear friends,
i hope this month will be kind to you, full of happiness, laughs and love,
i hope that every hardship that you will face- you will overcome and it will become a distant memory for you.
i hope that whatever will happen, you will try your best for yourself, not for other, just for you.

don't hate that version of yourself. even if it feels like you're doing it to yourself on purpose. you're not a bad person.
you're a person who's struggling and that's all. give yourself as much kindness as you can and if the most that you can do is be less harsh on yourself, that's okay too.
