The way Aflyn holds Therion so gently, brushing back the locks of hair that hide his scarred eye.

The way Alfyn kisses each and every one of Therion's scars, taking his time to worship the thief's scarred, yet toned, body.

The way Alfyn closes his hand on Therion's when they go over a high bridge, rubbing the back of his hand with his thumb.

The way Alfyn chatters to him when he's had a nightmare and needs to calm down. He doesn't know if the thief can understand half of what he's saying, but he knows that Therion doesn't mind listening to him yap.

The way Alfyn will pick up a pretty flower and put it in Therion's hair without hesitation, even if the thief gives him a glare that could kill him.

The way Alfyn patches him up after every fight, carefully cleaning each wound and warning Therion of each touch.

The way Alfyn loves Therion so gently, so kindly that Therion can't help but stay in his embrace for just five minutes longer.
