She is off on a cruise with her boyfriend while you remain locked and denied.  Even though she is away, you are still serving her diligently.  You are saving money for her future expenses, and also helping her sister with other chores and errands.

You’ve known her for years.  You’ve tried working up your courage to ask her out.  You thought today might be the day. But then she reminds you of how good a friend you are.

You were looking forward to this day all month.  Her rejection was absolutely crushing.  She took pity on you, and let you massage her feet for a little while. You two talked, and she filled you in on all the details of her relationship with her Bull.  

“We are planning a trip for next month”, she said.  “It may fall on your day so don’t get your hopes up.”

You got to see her for a total of 20 minutes. Now you are out the door and off to work.  What special gift will you buy her?
