The cries of the baby hid the dull sound of the hammering beating of his heart. He let out a trembling breath, squeezing Calliope in his arms, her scarred face hid against his neck. The baby squirmed in his embrace, but Kratos didn't let her go. He would have kept her safe. At any cost.

A quick thing I did yesterday night - really quick, the shading is quite MEH but ya know, at first I didn't want to colour it at all x)
