is such a interesting, effective & quick way to show how Crystal got swept up in the romance and lust with a demon. These sentences have double meaning - it's tempting to choose the one that you want them to mean when you're in love (or what you think is love). It's an interesting allegory for entering into a toxic relationship based around lust.
