Pitiful creature
WHO AM I ?
My partners friend went missing if you all could signal boost this!
For everyone who needs to see this, from an introject to an introject (from fictive to fictive, if I am to be more specific):
If you're not source separated and you have identity issues due to not acting "canonically" in real life situations, I want you to know it's fine. The circumstances change, and we need to adapt. Masking for safety is fine.
You don't have to constantly act "canonically" to stay yourself. You are still yourself.
type of guy who is always waiting for excuse or opportunity to go into exile
Not-so-small character info dump
Poppy is able to change her appearance by shifting around the bubbles in her body. However, this power is rather minimal, so she only uses it to make herself look more friendly. The bow can shift, too, due to the toon's clothing now being a physical part of their body. She drops her friendly appearance when she's mad or alone, and becomes almost completely unresponsive for a while if she keeps her form changed for too long. Her bubbles are harmless, but they do make a loud sound when popped.
Razzle isn't too mentally unstable and is doing surprisingly well after recovering from being a twisted. He is hazardous, though, considering that he keeps subconsciously trapping the other toons with his ribbons. He also traps toons when he's mad at them, but he hasn't actually hurt anyone yet.
Dazzle is extremely sensitive to noise and lashes out if something is too loud. If he hurts a toon, he becomes extremely apologetic and immediately calls for a healer.
Glisten is ashamed of his appearance and will attempt to murder whoever sees what he really looks like. He always wears a cover over his bow (despite how uncomfortable it is for him) and uses a bow to keep his hair (which naturally curls the opposite way he wants it to) covering the shattered side of his face. He only takes this stuff off when he's going to bed, so he's only a threat if someone barges into his room uninvited. After he calms down, he tries his best to avoid whoever he tried to harm. If left alone for more than five minutes, he gets really anxious and has a full mental breakdown if no one is in his teleporting range. He also goes insane if his bow gets too damaged.
Vee is extremely insecure about her appearance and hides herself under her cloak. If someone sees what she looks like under her cloak, she gets stressed and lashes out. She's also sensitive to sound, so too much noise will also make her stressed. When she gets too stressed, she crashes out and begins to attack everything that moves or makes noise. In this state, she creates a ton of glitchy pop-ups and emmits shockwaves that slow down toons. Unfortunately, she also goes insane if she gets wet. She will only stop rampaging once her battery gets low, and she will proceed to isolate herself in her room until someone (usually Shelly or Brigtney) drags her out. Luckily, Vee is self-aware and will try to lock herself somewhere safe before she becomes a threat.
(Reblogs greatly appreciated!)
we've never related to the sentiment of the host being seen as "more real" because or host isnt. like. seen at all. even when we tell people about it. our current host is just as "weird" as the rest of us and ever since our first host, they all have been. i dont know where im going with this. i just see it spread around so much, "the host is always treated as the real one" when that just isnt true for us. he's ignored more than anyone else actually. because he isnt what people think our host "should" be (fictive, nothing like the body, not the 'original'). i just wonder how both in and out of the community, the idea of what a "host" is has transformed into so much more than what the role entails in itself.
FUNNY IDEA. Ok, so. Poppy being a Soda mascot: Entirely unplanned. One of her focal-episodes had this running gag where she kept getting her drink knocked out of her hands. At the end, she finally gets a hold of a Non-Brand Pop and it's emotionally exaggerated for the bit, but the fandom made it her entire personality. Poppy x Pop was a popular ship tag for a surprising amount of time. Gardenview rolled with it and so she became a soda pop mascot and a beloved fan favorite.
