Started some patch pants and needed a bigger pocket so I accidentally created a really big pocket
I'm happy with the outside and even happier about the inside since it's my first time doing any sort of lining
Oh and i accidentally overestimated how much fabric i would need for the sides so its about three inches wide-
I love it anyways. It's called a paperbag pocket if anyone wants to add one themselves
Cold weather is really kicking my ass (more than usually) because of my music hyperfixation. Was listening to mostly goth leaning during the summer but ass soon it gets cold another hole/ Courtney love obsession phase. My clothing style is heavy influenced by the music I'm listening to atm which is finne usually but not now when all I wanna wear is short skirts and more "sluttier (used affectionately)" things and it's fucking freezing. Also might be that I'm kinda bored of long skirts that I could make work with shear fabrics and layers when it was warm but now when it's usually my only option I don't feel like it. I'm literally so annoyed

Spirit (1885)
— by George Roux
One of my more recent sewing ish projects.
Bought the sweeter second for really like a year ago and have never worn it and now I have some much needed black and white yarn for free (the yarn balls might be full of knots but it still works)

#me with all the shiny/ useful / pretty things I find outside #i forget about it in my bag and just keep finding more shit #my bag has a pocket for mainly that
we really have to hand it to bruises for being easy to acquire, fun to touch, usually relatively harmless, and capable of turning a variety of pretty colours as they cycle through the stages of their life cycle from birth to death. they do so much for us. and even more if you're a bit of a pervert about it.
Have I only read Gideon the ninth? Yes. The locked tomb has invaded my brain however and will NOT let me go
#me at grrm
#come on girlypop tell us what you think about the other episodes #they literally could have just aged down maelor and used a doll for blood and chress #i was already over it long ago so at this point it jusjt fucking hilarious #more lesbianism make it sooooo much gayer but keep allll the dead todlers
grrm: I don't care how gay you make my books, just make sure you keep in all the dead toddlers
Allegory of Death (1895) by Maximilian Pirner † Mournful Night (2024) by majara__
i had kinda planned to post about all of my different sewing projects more often, so here's a cardigan (pretty sure that's what it's calld) that i recently thrifted and added pockets to. Thw pockets are made out of a scrap fabric from a fast fashion shirt that i think i bought like 5 years ago( part of it was in my fabric bag). Kinda still wanna ad more to it but not sure what yet

Omggg he's so adorable also except for the white paws he reminds me very much of my elderly son
#throughout the entire books just kept picturing the ninth house face paint as trad goth makeup
It’s so funny to me when people draw modern Harrow in a little black skirt and tank top, she would be trad goth, she would look almost the exact same as cannon harrow

it natively supports txt files, but can only display 4096 characters per file, so I need to break the book up into bite-sized chunks for it to be actually usable.
