"Drug use is normal" but not as in "alcohol and nicotine is just as bad as heroin!!!". "Drug use is normal" as in "none of it should be moralized or criminalized because basically everyone does it anyway. It's a normal human tendency to want to alter your experience chemically that we can't just get rid off and criminalization and stigma only makes life even harder on addicts"
