The truth is, people don't care whether you've lost weight in a healthy or unhealthy way. As long as you're no longer fat or chubby, they're happy. The idea that th¡nness is synonymous of health is still very much alive. You can be sick and deficient and people will still congratulate you on your weight loss.

Im scared

I want to be thin so badly but i'm scared. Im scared of losing my hair, getting brittle nails, having dull skin, rotting my teeth, making myself sick in the body for my vanity. And yet I'm willing to do it.
