did you guys see yesterday that a whistleblower came forward and said that facebook knows how to remove the conspiracy theories and nazis but chooses not to because of the ad revenue those kinds of things bring in (and actively turned off the bare minimum safeguards they had when biden won the election), and now today, immediately following this whistleblower’s report: facebook, instagram, whatsapp, and all the sites owned by facebook are mysteriously down and have been down for over two hours now

Vampires

At various points throughout humanity’s history, they had been preyed on by a species known to in modern times as the Pillar Men, a race who fed on human blood. One of these Piller Men, Kars, created a device known as the Stone Mask. His goal was to evolve himself further, into an ultimate life form, but his device lacked the final piece it needed. However, when used on a human being, the Stone Mask awakened their potential, evolving them into a state that could be considered a lesser version of a Pillar Man. This new state would be known as a Vampire. Ultimately, Kars and his companion Eisidisi would slaughter every other pillar man save for two children in their quest to obtain ultimate status, and would plague humanity until the day they sealed themselves beneath the roman coliseum, in order to await the day when they could obtain perfection. In order to feed themselves while resting, a trap was set up to ensnare humans and drain them of blood. In the Fifth century, a man named Marcus Corvinus would encounter this trap, and escape with his life. Corvinus was descended from one of the vampires Kars had created thousands of years previously, and when he escaped the trap, he was infected by a virus that had been breeding within it. This Virus activated a recessive gene within Corvinus, and transformed him into a vampire. He would then go onto found the Corvinus Clan.

Every anti John Walker post makes me realize that there is no objective reason to hate John Walker, only subjective, and that's fine. It's only when people start making up shit to hate him for (like he abuses Olivia, or he's a racist, or a psychopath, comparing him to Homelander or Peacemaker 🙄). That's my biggest problem with antis.

I understand if people dislike him because they can't let go of Steve Rogers just yet. (I mean I was the same way at first, but it was Sam and Bucky's unreasonable stubbornness that changed my mind). You don't have to like him, you don't have to be a fan, but if you have to create and warp existing context to extreme and stupidly wrong lengths in order to justify your hatred of this character WHILE supporting actual childish and unhelpful behaviour from Sam and Bucky, then of course you're gonna have people disagree with you under your anti posts. It's not because we're "pressed", it's because you're wrong but you're still trying to pass it off as fact.

As the saying goes: If you wanna hate a character, at least hate them correctly
