A few concept sketches of Hound (aka reader) for my dca au.

This is what I meant about giving them too much drip lol, i feel like it's too much idk,, maybe I'll give them some simpler alternative outfits (for the sake of me being able to draw them faster 😭)

I also want to design them a mask?? Helmet thing?? It'll make them cooler me thinks- I feel like it would go well with my idea for them.

• They are a criminal more or less. They were affiliated with terrible people in the past and that put a target on their back forever essentially. Hellhound (or Hound for short) is the alias they've been taking and what a majority of people know them as.

• They aren't exactly on good terms with law inforcement/ some criminals in the au,, while police aren't actively looking for Hound, they do try and keep tabs on them for any potential leads.

• For this reason Hound tends to travel alot, and tries to not stay to long in one place as to not raise any attention.

• On their travels tho, they like to scavenge a bit (Im still world building but i like to imagine there are some cities that got abandoned and left to rot or smth) they try to find mostly old machinery parts or equipment since that sells more in the markets. Its a easy way to get a few bucks.

• I don't have a set occupation for them, and I don't really think they would have any permanent job because of them being wanted and what not. They'll scavenge and sell what they find or they will take some "bounty" or make a deal and do a one-off mission that would pay them well. They kinda just go with the flow?? I guess??

I MIGHT CHANGE SOME THINGS IDK,, this is just a little scoop of my idea for reader.

good lord some of these have been marinating for like 3+ months

the first artwork is probably the longest i've spent on something yet (like a week of on-and-off attention? and then another few days of tweaking and polishing things) mostly because i am so not used to doing painting & perspective like that and i have learned two valuable lessons:

1. gmod and blender are GODSENDS when it comes to D.I.Y-ing my own reference material

2. it is O.K to not be totally satisfied with the result . (however i do still think it's really good for something so far out of my comfort zone🔥🔥)

Made fun little cucumber blueberry snacks to go with my guinea pigs' brunch today! :D I still have a habit of making 9 or 10 of things, but I have 8 piggies rn :]! I got a few cute pics to share below :D!

My girlie Slurpee loves both blueberries and cucumbers, but she has more of a sweettooth- so I'm not surprised she ate her berry first hehe >:]

Then there's pigs like my boy Beelzebub here- he loves berries! He just gets distracted very easily and was more curious about the crunch from his cucumber :]

Sippee needed help with hers, she got bored with her cucumber before she could reach her favorite part- the berry! She left the snack right by her sister's butt :[

Caro and PeyPey are, for lack of better word, me and my boyfriend! I was having fun with au and instead of making an oc or using a canon character I just stuck the two of us in it. Mainly as the supporting couple duo for reader and the daycare attendants >:]! But you are correct, I am still on a bit of a hiatus, so there's no exact ref for the inserts just yet. But, here's a link to the doodles post! I'm changing some things around but I hope this gives you a better idea of what they look like! There might be more if I miss any, I usually use the "PeyPey" tag for anything regarding my boyfriend hehe.

Hi! Yes- attention is a bit hard to handle hahaa :'D I'm still trying to get used to it, both in person and here. Thank you for understanding :']! And thank you for those kind words :']!! As for storylines for the fanchildren- I don't think I had any storylines in my noggin unfortunately :'D I mainly would ship two characters for a bit, then I would think "hmm, what would their spawn look like.." and just have fun with it! I'd mess around with design ideas in my head for a bit before committing to draw it, then if there wasn't something I liked once it was drawn- I'd change it around! Maybe that's why they come across as polished? Personality wise, hmm... I think I did have an idea on that part! I think I was going to have her be a bit of a pessimist who would try to be an optimist! I'll probably revisit their designs now that I'm older with a different grasp on some things :]!
