Whenever someone draws attention to a specific thing that i do subconsciously, every time I do the thing after that I am fully aware that I am doing the thing and it doesn't feel like a special little habit anymore but it feels like I do the thing on purpose just because it was pointed out by someone like a decade ago and I have to keep doing it because then it won't be my special little thing anymore.
