Ya know, there's one thing I don't see talked about and it's this:
Prospero joining Annabel in her little machination sessions; or "tea conversations."
Which is to say, Prospero has Annabel's mindset through and through. He probably doesn't think of it in the same terms (i.e currency), but he's definitely the same kind of Logical™. He very obviously understands the start-and-end to everything Annabel says/does, even if it takes him aback sometimes.
There's a reason they get along so well, and that's because there's no judgement from his side on how Annabel views the world and social relationships in general.
Honestly, I fully believe he wouldn't even lift an eyebrow about the whole "Annabel and Lenore were secretly working together™ not really" thing.
Out of everything from Annabel’s life that has yet to be revealed, the thing that I’m most intrigued about is what happened to her mother. There has been no mention of her so far, so learning how much of an impact she had on Annabel’s life and worldview would be fascinating

ROMEO + JULIET (1996) dir. Baz Luhrmann
Thomas Lawrence kneels to kiss the newly elected Innocent XIV's ring and the resulting internal monologue is so gay that Tedesco gets a homophobia-induced nosebleed even though he's several rooms over.

Episode 102 has to be one of my favourite Nevermore episodes so far. If I had to rank them, it would probably be in my top five. Seeing Annabel and Prospero starting to develop a genuine friendship is so sweet, and seeing the pair of them be as vulnerable as they were with each other was so endearing
