friends that understand your anti-social phases and don’t take it personally are important.

How can you look up to the stars every night and not believe in who created them?
Detailedit : Morning after a Stormy Night, 1819, by Johan Christian Dahl.
When you become aware of how you talk to yourself, you may be shocked. We beat ourselves up for making a mistake, we lash out when we think we're not smart enough, we often say things that make us feel unworthy and unimportant, and most of all we think thoughts that give us the feeling that we don't matter.
Spend some time today noticing how you speak to yourself and begin replacing these self deprecating thoughts with thoughts of love for yourself, respect for the human being that you are, thoughts of encouragement, patience, and kindness for yourself. And most of all say to yourself often when life feels overwhelming, "This too shall pass, my life and I matter.”
“Without deep conversation, my mind becomes restless. I need passion and intellect, it’s a shame that a person often lacks one or the other.”

“Don’t let anyone see you except that you are happy. Let them always see your smile and if things get difficult, the Qur'ān is your paradise.. If loneliness starts to hurt, send your supplications through the heavens. When people ask you how you are, praise Allah and smile.”
