Summary:

In-ho's plan to infiltrate the game and gain Gi-hun's trust didn't go as well as he hoped when he found himself with a life-threatening injury after a fight broke out between Players. He could pull out now and get his wound treated. Or he could keep going and pray he didn't bleed out right in front of Gi-hun as Oh Young-il.
