50 reasons not to binge

🌼 1. Fitting into that extra small shirt from grade school

🌼 2. Your shirt sliding up to reveal your tiny frame and rib cage

🌼 3. Looking angelic no matter what you do

🌼 4. Being the center of attention no matter where you go because your just so small

🌼 5. A thigh gap no more chub rub

🌼 6. Not straining your body with all that extra weight

🌼 7. Feeling more confident with your body

🌼 8. Anything will look cute on you when your skinny

🌼 9. You will be one day closer to your gw

🌼 10. Think about how disgusting you will feel after you eat all that greasy food

🌼 11. Think about the scale dropping how euphoric it is

🌼 12. Notice the control you feel when you refuse that nasty food

🌼 13. You deserve happiness and that food will not bring it

🌼 14. Long thin fingers no more “sausage fingers”

🌼 15. All those people who told you you could never do it you will always be fat prove them wrong

🌼 16. Imagine your crush is in the room with you watching you are you still hungry

🌼 17. Try on all the clothes that don’t fit you do you really still want that peice of cake

🌼 18. Look in the mirror are you really happy with what you see

🌼 19. Step on the scale are you still hungry

🌼 20. Wrap your hand around your wrist do your fingers touch?

🌼 21. The food you crave it will only make you more depressed

🌼 22. You will be so much happier if you resist this urge

🌼 23. Do you really want that number on the scale to go up

🌼 24. This will only make you momentarily happy

🌼 25. Do you really want your stomach to get any fatter

🌼 26. Do you really want your thighs to grow I. Size

🌼 27. Is that food worth sacrificing all your hard work

🌼28. Do you want to go back to where you started

🌼 29. When you lay in bed tonight do you want to feel regret or accomplished

🌼 30. Prominent hip bones

🌼 31. A flat stomach

🌼 32. A visible rib cage

🌼 33. Prominent Shoulder blades

🌼 34. Fitting into old clothes

🌼 35. Finally being able to share clothes with your friends instead of there stuff being to small

🌼 36. No being ashamed of your weight

🌼 37. Not having to ask for a bigger size at the store

🌼 38. Not being ashamed of your size

🌼 39. Wearing baggy clothing and still looking skinny

🌼 40. Looking cute when you make mistakes instead of dumb and fat

🌼 41. Not looking like an ogre when you forget to wear your makeup

🌼 42. You can finally wear shorts when your skinny

🌼 43. Shopping is no longer a nightmare when your skinny

🌼 44. Ordering a diet soda without looking stupid or like a fraud

🌼 45. Finally feeling good enough for your partner or crush

🌼 46. Finally feeling like you belong in this world

🌼 47. Wearing fishnets without all your leg fat poking through

🌼 48. This will only take your farther from your goal

🌼 49. Remember how bad you want this

🌼 50. Remember how bad you want this how bad you want a flat stomach and visible hip bones how much you crave ribs you can see and to be a size 0

Remeber every possible thing you want more than that cookie
