God I love Spideypool so much when Peter is also driven just a bit crazy

He's been a superhero since 15 and there is something broken within him that cannot be fixed, you can't go through hurt and heal like that and come out the other side unscathed. Maybe physically but never mentally. It just adds so much rich depth to his character, someone who goes out and almost dies time and time again for a city that hates him and people who will never meet him again. God it's so good, everyone talks about how Deadpool is the crazy one with his thought boxes and the pain of his body and the murder, but Peter *has* to be at least a little bit over the edge as well to keep doing what he does night after night. He only knows Spiderman, it's his entire teenage and adult life, he never had a chance to develop normally and whatever's left is an odd facsimile of genuine normalcy Do You Get It

Bucky didn't know when he got attached to Peter.

He doesn't know if it's when Peter smiled at him and ask if he prefers James or Bucky or if he had another preference.

He doesn't know if it was when Peter surprised him with a homemade dessert cause he found an account online that explores "vintage" recipes and thought Bucky would know best if it was right or not.

He doesn't know if it was when Sam made a crack at him and Peter ended up tripping Sam, giving him a grin before running off.

He doesn't know if it's when he caught Peter sneaking into his apartment to visit Alpine. And bringing her gifts. It's good to know that it wasn't Alpine stealing cat toys and bringing them home.

He doesn't know if it was when Peter asked if his arm was doing okay and if he needed any maintenance.

He doesn't know if it was when Peter invited him out to conney island.

He doesn't know if it was when Peter asked him to join him when he visited his parents graves, and ended up visiting his own parents and siblings. And Peter had brought beautiful stones he collected to put them on all the graves.

He doesn't know if it was when Peter was pestered him about history. Whether it was a historical event or something as silly as was this around then? Has it change etc?
