tragic! trans person no longer merely tolerating the act of existing just now realising their entire wardrobe is ass
this post is for @samy-family11
Sami's family is raising money to evacuate Gaza, as well as to be able to pay for diapers, milk, and blankets for the baby. Their campaign has been verified by association, details [here]
As of February 14th, 2025, their campaign is 91% of the way to the $20,000 goal. Consider giving them the small amount they still need!

gonna work it all out
Trying to get facial electrolysis for years, and between being underpaid when I did have a job and ignored now that I'm too disabled to be "employable" I'm just so tired that a really basic stage of my transition has been gated behind an amount of money I can never have lying around. Shaving grows back within 5-6 hours and it never ends
Hi y'all, I'm a disabled trans native person and my birthday is coming up soon (Feb 19) and I'm REALLY low on money and have credit card payments + bills coming up.
I'm still trying to recover finances as well after unexpected vet bills and the loss of two pets just before the new year, so any help would be incredibly appreciated ♡ It's my first birthday away from home and it would be. Really nice if I could have a bit of relief and lower stress for finances while I'm in a different country (the US, I'm canadian) during my bday.
Tl;dr - I'm trans, disabled, native, and away from home for my birthday for the first time, in the USA, and it would be nice to not be as stressed about money during this time.
Anything helps, including reblogs ♡♡ and if people want to commission me instead, just DM me and we can work out details! (I've got pay what you can open right now)
I am manal from Gaza. I am 30 years old. I stand before you as a person trying to support my family of 3 members, me, my husband, and my young daughter. We are living in very difficult circumstances after the occupation launched the war on Gaza. We were displaced from our home and live in a tent that does not protect us from the cold of winter or the heat of summer. We live in extreme poverty due to the circumstances and there is no income. We are no longer able to provide the necessary supplies of food, drink and others due to the insane rise in prices. Thus, my source of livelihood was destroyed and we live in very difficult conditions in tents. It is difficult for me to find the words to describe what we face every day in the tents without food, medicine, or drinking clean water, along with the oppression, helplessness, psychological pressures, and daily traumas that everything causes. Around us and unable to care for our families, the fear of danger, disease and death never leaves us
Now, I find myself in this difficult situation, and I humbly ask for your help to save the lives of my family, especially my little girl, by getting us out of Gaza to Egypt and building a new life outside Gaza or helping us get money to buy the necessities we might be able to afford. Asking for help is not easy, but we had no choice because we want to survive and strive to rebuild our shattered lives. We are very grateful for any help you can offer, no matter how small, because your help will go a long way in alleviating our suffering. I hope you will share my story with your family and friends.
Casual reminder that the Palestine Children's Relief Fund has a 97% on Charity Navigator and you should donate to it if u can. Despite the limited external aid that's been allowed into Gaza, they've been able to distribute a lot of aid internally. And they are providing needed aid to Lebanon.
art will save you, being unreasonably passionate about something niche will save you, letting past sources of joy show you the way back to yourself will save you, earnestness over composure will save you, the natural world will save you, caring for something bigger than yourself will save you, daring to be seen will save you, kindness not as a whim but a principle will save you, appreciation as a practice will save you, daring to try something new will save you, grounding will save you, love will save you, one good nights sleep will save you
Please offer your support to Sami @samy-family11 and his family in Gaza. They urgently need the funds to evacuate to Egypt. And to buy diapers, milk and blankets for their baby. They were retained by the IDF but they were subsequently released. They currently have no tent to live in and have to endure the cold harsh winter in Gaza. Imagine having to sleep in the streets during extremely cold weather, with no tent to live in, and you see your own baby numbingly cold with no winter clothes or milk to drink.
While you have the privilege of being warm and comfortable in your home, preparing for the holidays. These people have to go through some of the most inhumane, soul shattering and painful things that should not be allowed to even happen in the first place. But very thankfully, you can help them out.
Please, pitch in. I beg you to share, donate, reblog. Even if you donate just a small amount, it would help them out immensely. If you can’t aid financially please do whatever alternative you possibly can. Together, we can all help this amazing family achieve their goal at gaining the beautiful life that they wholeheartedly deserve.
This campaign is vetted by association, and the organizer of this campaign is doing art requests for anybody who has proof of donation.
it doesn't taste like much but god forbid you let it touch any surface for more than 0.2 seconds, it will stain that object's soul yellow in perpetuity
