Comic progress is happening i promise!

I was just having some depression issues during the beginning of this month and it took me a long while to work my motivation back up

also once i’ve finished this preview and maybe chapter one, i’m thinking of doing a little music video animation project about the comic arc

Well guys I’ve decided to go with that little idea i had years ago

There's actually a really great fanfic of this) Dave and Karkat (Homestuck- come at me all you want but DaveKat is cannon in my eyes) Riku and Sora (Kingdom Hearts- again, come at me if you want but i will fight for this ship as much as i will fight for Roxas and Axel)

I’ve been working hard the past few weeks and I finished the cover!

This is just a preview (if the quality isn’t as good its probably because i had to shrink it to use as a thumbnail on webtoons)

Mistakes were made today

I think I’m done playing for the night.....

Yesterday my buddy noticed i was playing DST, a game I bought and gave him the free code to give to a friend a couple years back.

We proceeded to then spend 30 mins to troubleshoot our mics on discord and then relived the good old days

We didn’t quite make it through winter.... but during the process of continuously trying to gather rocks in what I like to call “GODDAMNED SPIDER COUNTRY” (which is like 3-4 or more spider nests in one area) we both ended up switching from Wendys to Webbers and then got the idea to made a world for spiders, by spiders, and only spiders

Needless to say we weren’t taking the game seriously anymore by this point and I had to revise the world from “lots of spiders” to “more spiders” due to major lag because of the sheer number of spiders

when they aren’t killing you they’re pretty cute

and when they follow you you just hear

the last few magireco events have felt distinctly like annoying symptoms of how much our event and release schedules are shuffled around but i haven't actually taken the time to investigate it :/ i enjoy challenge and i don't care what happens in mirrors but pve at least shouldn't be wholly impossible for f2p, especially so suddenly

But that feels mainly because these were later events that are being rushed out quickly in order for the english version to catch up to the japanese version

EDIT: i didnt like the way the guy in the back was facing so i adjusted it

His head is a lil off to the left but that will be much easier to fix in Krita

Im a little disappointed in this events challenges

There's challenging, and then there's unfair

When your enemy has a dense amount of HP and periodically uses a skill that allows them to one-shot KO a girl no exceptions it stops being fun and becomes a waste of effort

My cat is so stretched out lounging that my space on the bed is very smol 😅

I've loved this game even before it was released in English and was right there for the pre-register

Serious Query

So I just took like an hour to think up and draw the chapter page for chapter two of my comic

Meaning that along with the one page intro, chapter one is complete

So i ask you all:

Should i start the finishing touches to the completed chapters for release and post them?

If i keep to my own schedule (which is like around nine to 3:30 every weekday) i should get it done fairly quickly as the completed content is pages 1-6

I haven't made the cover page yet because i really need to brainstorm on that shit

I also need to think of a general series title....

I guess we make a wish so

Well damn... even in death Keiji still wants to express his fondness of Mishima

This was what, my 5th run of this as I steadily build up Mishima’s stats and Keiji ended up sacrificing himself against an enemy just now. But the game had already set up his fondness event for the day before the monster had attacked

Though i still think its amusing and yet a tad bittersweet in the context that when a character dies you lose memory of them

I found a test recording of me doodling myself in Krita

I tend to doodle myself when I don’t really have any other idea of what to draw in the moment because I’m comfortable with how I draw myself and it let’s me test different things without feeling like I have to commit to it

Also the video was about 20 minutes long but I sped it up to 8x speed

I’m not sure why, but a while back they decided to condense the Homestuck album list by shoving some albums into others, while kinda losing the cover art, and some like this one were removed entirely and were instead put into the more section :/
