Hi, I dont like asking for money but im really desperate. This is my baby and love of my life, Junior. He was recently diagnosed with kidney failure even though he’s still young, only a year old, and I dont know what to do. He’s always so playful and noisy but now he won’t even move.

This morning when I was looking for him to feed him, I noticed that his penis was all stained with blood and that when I touched him it hurt. I bathed him and tried to give him some food but to no avail. I even made sounds with his wet food but he wasnt moving. This was at six in the morning. I tried to call every vet I knew but no clinic opens here on Sunday and the only two that were open were expensive and far from my house. I took him anyway and they told me that his bladder was as hard as a rock and that if I had not taken him today he could have died. They had to anesthetize him and drain his bladder with a syringe, it was all full of blood and urine. I just wanted to cry because my baby felt so bad and miserable. 

I’m in college, and as many understand, I do not have much money per month. Right now I spent $87 of the $150 I have for the month. Those expenses were the appointment, the injections of anti-inflammatory and antibiotics, the special gel for energy supplement (because he wont eat) and the serums and bottled waters since he can not drink anything else. Still tomorrow I need to take him again to have him checked but that means spending another $30, but only in case he gets better, otherwise it will be more expensive since they will have to use a probe to get everything he has inside and see if the problem is more serious.

Now I have to give him serum with a syringe so he does not get dehydrated, and every hour I have to give him the energy supplement. I still have to buy special food for kidney failure and pay for other injections. Only the food is $30.

I’m so stressed. My exams start this week and I have to watch him at every hour. I don’t have any money left and he still needs to go to the vet. I’m really worried since the vet said he could have died. I dont know what to do. I don’t mind not having money for myself but I still need it for him.
