I don't want a romantic partner I want friends who will go dumpster diving with me, I want neighbors who will knock on my door and ask for butter because they forgot to buy some and it's sunday. I want book shelves in public spaces, food banks and shared tool sheds and community gardens. I want to trade home grown tomatoes for a couple of eggs with my neighbor and I want to bring food over to my friends house when I've cooked too much. I want bicycle only streets and I want people to go on spontaneous walks with. I want people to ask me for help when they need it and I want to be able to ask for help in return. I want community as a safety net. I want people to stop focusing on the vague concept of the one, who will Cure All Isolation and Loneliness. I want every single person to be able to find support and comfort around them, regardless of their relationship status.

Yall dont need to be comfortable with sex or romance, theres been an uptick in people talking about aroacespec peeps who are comfortable with that stuff, and are very prominent in fanfic and smut areas of the internet, which is very cool and good, but that does not need to be you.
If youre romance and or sex repulsed, that is completely ok, you should not have to feel like you have to be comfortable with that to be accepted by people.
foreign countries folks, please keep the polish LGBT community in your thoughts
tomorrow evening (28.10.2021 r.) the first sejm (polish parliament) reading of "Stop LGBT" legislative bill is going to take place. the bill objective is to ban all gatherings in support of LGBT people or LGBT rights
the bill would infringe on constitutional right to public assemblies and right to free speech and make any debates on LGBT rights or discrimination it faces (which the bill justification suggest that "the homosexual community" does not experience) virtually impossible.
currently, despite being a member state of the EU, Poland does not recognize same-sex partnerships and offers minimal legal protection to the LGBT minority (~2 milion citizens), while some cities and regions declare themselves as LGBT free zones
the justification of the bill includes (but is not limited to): "protection of marriage as traditional union between men and women", LGBT causes being supported by multinational corporations (it uses a picture of a rainbow IKEA bag as justification), comparing gay men to paedophiles, saying that the heterosexuals are the majority, protection of children and protection of religious catholic feelings
a similar law currently functions in Russia, where any public discussion on LGBT rights or any public display of affection of same-sex couples is prohibited and punished by jail to not "demoralize the children"
the Supreme Court unsuprisingly did not have any objections to the project
the project is a public initiative that raised over 130 000 signatures. the project promotional site uses stock footage of pride parades held in different countries (such as germany, the netherlands or the uk) in order to mislead the public to what pride marches actually look like in poland. the woman behind the project is named Kaja Godek, who just last year helped to pass a bill which made all abortions due to critical defects of the fetus illegal, practicaly banning all abortion in Poland. the bill caused the biggest protests in history of modern Poland since the fall of the communist state. due to that, it is possible that the Stop LGBT legislation bill will be treated seriously, or at least cause some major polarization in society
please, keep us in mind and if things turn sour don't hesitate to call your local polish ambassy or notify your local LGBT organization
(also while we're at it it is worth looking into what is happening at polish-belarusian border and how the migrants there are dying. i believe the lgbt bill being discussed now is a tactic to distract the public from human rights violation of this so-called civilized country)

if any of you went to Białystok Pride today (20.07.2019) - apparently nationalists were taking photos of people who participated in the march so that “they can finish what they started” (by chasing and beating people up, throwing things at them, maybe even killing them) - so please stay safe, i hate that i have to say this because we should be allowed to simply exist without having to fear some piece of shit will come and murder us in cold blood for not being cishet, or maybe even “not looking straight”, but be careful. buy pepper spray if you can and carry it with yourselves. use your self-defense skills or start going to classes if you have money for that. take care of each other. we can’t let them win.
Please read it and reblog people have to hear about what happened today. There are videos of nationalists beating people (teenagers) just because they were walking nearby or throwing firecrackers. These are the people that our president was willing to go side by side during the independence day. Also, again, it’s the 1920s, and that’s Dumbledore, a very reserved person ever since he was a little child(“He learned secrecy at our mother’s knee“). Throughout the whole HP books, we can hardly see him get really emotional and talk about anything from past until the very end. So who do you expect Dumbledore reveal his love to? To whom, Dumbledore can say, oh yeah when we were 17, I and Grindelwald were crazy in love…… Who??? How??? It’s not about courage or pride, it’s about privacy. If you didn’t get how Dumbledore valued his privacy and barely exposed his true emotion to anyone in his whole life, I suggest you can read the books all over again.
I don’t even wanna talk about Grindelwald. Any expectation for him to talk about Dumbledore as his ex is just too ridiculous.
I know some comments said they don’t need to say it, they can show. Yes, they can, and they already did. The blood pact, the mirror, the faint smile when Dumbledore looked at the mirror, and the jealousy inside Grindelwald’s voice every time he spoke to Newt. They were all so subtle and beautiful that I cried at the theater multiple times. There is a million way to show love. I pity you if you can only think of physical touching.
To be clear, I don’t think fb2 is a good movie. And I’m clearly expecting there would be more scene of Grindeldore in the future. They can make a tv show out of this ship and I’m gonna go down with it. But, did they disvalued the love between these two powerful souls? Not a little bit.

What if the reason why Jeff Goldblum starting talking about Frostmaster during his acceptance speech at the GQ Awards was because he was hinting at an upcoming Thor or Loki movie.
This reminds me of how Tom Holland “leaked” the title of the next Spider-Man movie at Ace Comic Con. Tom Hiddleston also had some prepared lines about how Loki attacked New York City to bring the Avengers together because only they can stop Thanos.
It’s possible that Marvel wants Jeff Goldblum to promote Frostmaster because they might make it a plot point in the next Thor movie. We know that Taika has been in talks about directing another MCU film. It’s also been confirmed that the Grandmaster did not get killed by Thanos.
One of the Grandmaster’s powers is ability to “will” the death and resurrection of another.
There are multiple ways that Loki can come back:
1) Thor bargains with the Grandmaster to revive Loki 2) Thor goes to Hel and fights Hela for Loki’s soul 3) Loki has been alive this whole time 4) Loki has been alive and hiding out with the Grandmaster and the Collector
Marvel has gotten very good at guerilla marketing and they know that fans will analyze what the actors say in interviews. The GQ Awards had a lot of MCU cast members in attendance. This might be their new strategy at creating hype for the future movies.
