I use ibispaint x to put the graphics together, and then use photopea to add the gifs and colours. to remove the background of images, I usually use picsart. but sometimes when it removes the wrong parts, I use ibispaint to manually remove the bgs instead.

to animate some gifs, I use alight motion. if the gifs are ever too big (above 10mb), I use ezgif to optimize them.

ive only ever made a pinterest banner once honestly... i just use the same size as a tumblr banner, 2000x1125.
