The concept of "first dates" in movies always confused me, cause you mean to tell me that two people who barely know each other dress up nicely, go to a fancy restaurant, eat less than they actually want to put on a good impression, then go home and refuse to text each other for a week as to not seem "desperate" even tho they both enjoyed themselves?
