02/23/24 I Skipped a few days but im back at it! Looks like I have to take an emergency flight but hope to at least get some workouts done on the way.

10/17/2024 Work out was great, been feeling under the weather, not sure if its flu symptoms or a bit of seasonal depression….or i like a need a vacation!
